So I got these for Halloween & I only bought 1 pair just to see if they actually worked. As you can see in the pics, they absolutely do but the brightness depends on the area/placement. They aren’t super bright for a big tree but I’d imagine if I used another pair, they’d look even better. They still look cute & added a dash of Halloween spirit so I’m satisfied. It also rained the day after I first put them up & they still lit up that same night :) They’re so easy to use & set up, but I will say be cautious of any animals getting ahold of the wires since they’re super thin ; Cute copper wires but yeah my dog chewed them up (along with the stakes) & unfortunately caused it to stop working. Will definitely be buying more for next year though❣️

I ordered these for my new deck. Solar panels charged fine. Lights are bright even though they are so small, and easy to unroll during installation. Wire clings great. First strand installation went perfectly. Second strand was almost complete, but when i got to the last 15 ft or so of the wire it had broken, causing the last of the strand to be dead. They would have been perfect too, because the solar charge works so well that the lights are active for 9 hours or so after dark. 12 DAYS LATER: Lights have ceased to work. One strand is dead completely. The other (broken) strand has approximately 1/2 still lighting up but is extremely dim and barely noticeable. I don't know if i got defective lights or they only last a couple weeks. Looking at previous reviews no one mentions this? 2 DAYS LATER: Seller sent me a new set which arrived before i even returned the old set. Both strands completely functional. 12 DAYS LATER: Still going strong, and i love them!

Took a month to come in and one of the strands doesn’t work. The ones that do look great though.

I boight these almost 2 yrs ago. Hung them immediately - one set on our garden arbor and the other on a little diy patio chandelier. The welding in the battery pack of the chandelier wobbled loose this past winter and my husband just soldered it back together. Works great yet again. The one on the arbor hasn't glitched. It is lit every night, rain, shine, blizzard. Yes, I am too lazy to disentangle it from the wisteria and clematis in the fall, so it just stays out here all year round. It never ceases to amaze me to see my little winter garden gate is glowing beneath the snow. And lets face it, these string lights are not something you expect to last for years. At least I didn't. For the price, I am happy with a couple good summers from them. I figured only one year when I left that strand on the arbor. But nope. They are tougher than you might think. The glow is just right for an evening in the garden so you don't stub your toe on a boulder, or smack yourself in the face on a low tree branch. But also not so bright to detract from the night garden itself. The fireflies still take center stage. Overall, i couldn't be happier with these lights. And will not hesitate to replace them with the same when the old ones finally aren't worth a quick solder anymore. For the price, they really are ideal.

Provide very cozy vibe in the back yard. however, it’s lighting time is only around 4 hours, which is too too far away from the product description 10-12 hours when fully charged for 6-8 hours. Actual condition: 1. My area day light is more than 12 hours in the summer time, which is now; 2. the solar board is directly exposed to the natural light and the sun more than 10 hours; 3. The switch is always on, for automatically charging in the daytime; and automatically turning on when it’s dark; 4. Recently i have sleeping problem, so i can tell that i notice the light is auto on around 9:20pm and off between 1 and 2am, including now i am writing this review (4:20am 5th. Jul.). So if you care about the lighting time a lot for some purpose, this product won’t work. I am keeping them for now to see if any other problem occurs later. Otherwise, i will keep them since 4 hours of lighting time is not too seriously bad for most of my cases. 3 stars are based on their lighting longevity is too far discrepant from the description.

If you live in a sunny climate like we do these solar lights are great. I used 2 sets of 40 lites and wrap them around our back deck railing. Just leave them over the winter - no issues Need to take it slow while unwrapping from the coil or takes a little longer to put up. One set lasted 3 summers and the the other only 1 as something broke the copper coil on top of the railing. Also like the ability to switch lite rotations. Nice affordable price too!
