Great family printer
Works great very easy to setup (once it updated that took a little bit of time )didn't print a picture on photo paper yet but printed one on regular paper and it looked better then I expected but still not great

Have owned many HP printers over the years, and this one's just another roaring success. Can't handle 2-sided scanning, but prints, scans, and copies beautifully; fast; short warmup; handles 28lb paper without protest; and weighs "nothing." Ink is virtually waterproof, making my huge old OKI C5500 color laser printer a bit obsolete. Run the software and watch it virtually install itself. as opposed to the wrestling match required years ago to get *any* printer to work. HP scores another win, in opinion, despite this thing's inability to wash the car or cook dinner...

Good value
Good printer so far - 4 months. Scanner doesn't do b hi-res but is fine for most work stuff. Overall great value.Update: Been almost a year now. The printer sees only light occasional use and works well, except it loses wireless connection with my computer about half the time I go to use it. I have to reboot the printer or walk through the connection wizard often.

Great Printer/copier
My son and I love this copier, printer. Its so fast. I think I have the first page and both are there! Great clarity and a piece of cake to install. My son is Mr. Computer so he is critical but even he was very, very impressed. The ink is a bit higher than some but we don't print constantly so it is OK for us and the quality is great. Haven't tried printing a photo yet but I am sure it will be fine.

Just got this today because my scanner broke on my other printer but I still wanted to keep my printer because I get the Ink so cheap The scanner and printer work great so far and I bought this used

Love it. This is how easy printer installation should ...
Got this one for my home office. It comes with ink, and it was about 5 mins to set up. I saw a CD there and thought to myself - “gosh, help me with my mac here”. But you can throw it out. Prints well, from any device (Apple products here mostly), so airPrint is on. Love it. This is how easy printer installation should be.

What the headlines
I thought this was a new product but instead it is refurbished. I'm not opposed to refurbished items but think they should be clearly marked. Item is working so no complaints at present.

I give 2 stars because I like the printer it self
I give 2 stars because I like the printer it self, but what I don’t like is the fact that the printer would not work. It continuously gave me error messages about a paper jam and that something was wrong with the ink cartilage but the printer has never actually printed anything or even attempted to do I’m thinking there was just a defect with the printer I received, everyone was saying it was so easy to connect but that was definitely not the case with mines. I even had someone else try and set it up and they were also unsuccessful with getting it to work so I am in the return process now.
