My wife has kidney failure so she was fight with what to eat that fits her diet. Everything that fit the diet was plain. The first thing she tried was the pork loin. She loved it and it was easy to make. I am glad I bought it for her. It has been one of our favorite cookbooks.

book is ok -- I dont do almond milk or rice milk I prefer more natural real foods. Recipes have some harder to find ingredients that I would have to order from Amazon or go into the city to get.

Very informative

I made the pesto pasta and the baked herbed - bone-in, skin-on - chicken thigh recipe for a friend. I put it in individual serving size containers and told her the pages the recipes were on so she could track it according to her Kidney dietician’s dietary plan. She loved both recipes and was still able to use a bit of seasoning to keep it in her dietary plan. Highly recommend this book!
