Cla is great stuff. Added with excercise, which traverses the fat cells, the cla will break down the fat cells to allow your body to more easily get rid of that excess fat your trying to get rid of!

Word of warning here: I ordered this when my regular AbCuts capsule vendor was sold out not realizing this was a different formula and have been taking 6 capsules instead of the recommended 1... OOPS- it's good but I didn't notice it was a different formula and that it has chromium in it, something I had too much of in my diet and my doctor told me it was dangerous for me and to cut back/don't take supplements with chromium in it. I wish people knew that not everyone can have "333% of the daily recommended chromium" in the diet. I will not be ordering this again, but it is turbocharged. Just word to the wise- know this isn't the regular Abcuts formula (which I am always ecstatically happy with and will always give it 5 stars) and that you only have to take 2 capsules to get the kind of CLA you need for results (3000 mg is better than what label says.)

I bought the same brand from Costco, it worked for me. This one have very good price, but it is going to expiring in couple month. But the worst thing is that it doesn't work at all. I think maybe the pill is too old to be working.

I use this for about 8 weeks before vacation to get my belly bikini ready. I feel the results are similar to serious carb restriction. I believe this is due to the chromium in the "Advanced" product in regards to blood sugar. Please note that chromium is not added to the "Enhanced" version of this product, which for me is not as effective.

I was curious about these for a long time and finally decided to try them I took them at night before bed and then in the morning when I woke up I did not gain a six pack but I definetly got more cut but I was also on a strict cutting diet and working out every day and running 3 miles

This is great for a couple of things.1. It curbs my appetite, I take two after I’ve ate in the morning and it makes an absolute difference.2. If you are working on fat loss and avoiding dairy it highly helps gives you the fat burning that you needI noticed a huge difference while using this and working out.
