I can’t find 100% stainless steel anywhere on this product. I am, at the very moment, trying to get a magnet to stick, which it would to do if it were only stainless on the round top, for example. I can tell you that of my 15 turntables (I teach baking and decorating) this is my favorite. Very solid construction and it is used every day.
