Love MuscleMeds beef protein. I became lactose intolerant about 10 years ago and this protein powder has been my perfect alternative to whey. I enjoy that they have fruit punch flavor, it actually my favorite.

Carnivore is my go to protein ever since I started lifting all the way on 2010. The combination of isolated protein plus BCAAs and creatine has worked great in my road to my ideal body. Make sure you try the flavors before buying. I bought the fruit punch flavor and was not the wisest idea haha but I can't recommend enough the vanilla caramel flavor ! It tastes a little bit like coffee and it's just amaizing.

In case you want to buy a protein powder of this brand, I recommend you buy one of the other flavors instead of the Fruit Punch. The fruit punch flavor has red 40, which is a food dye that is made out of petroleum, and that has been proven to cause some behavioral changes because of a depletion of minerals that play a role in growth and development, including zinc and iron. chemical changes in the brain, and hypersensitivity, which might cause some allergic reactions such as inflammation. If you want to buy one, buy the vanilla one

Why go to the gym and then buy cheap Whey protein powder????? This stuff is the real deal for anyone who takes his workouts seriously.

Unexpected! Fruit Punch is a winner!!! I just found my go to protein, no more doubling over in pain because of Lactose!

Pros: The protein mixes extremely well with little clumps. I have acid reflux and normally protein gives me awful GERD. This protein doesn't at all!!! High protein content- it is an isolate easy to see the effects of large protein increase in the diet. Cons: Quite possibly the most awful tasting protein I've had. (Ive had a lot) I used to love the taste of the fruit punch flavor. It would break up the monotony of chocolate/vanilla flavors. I think they changed the formula or flavoring... it's takes all I have not to wretch every time I drink it now. I want to use a protein that doesn't give me insane heartburn, but I also dont want to spit up my gains. I am afraid to try the other flavors now because, if they are even remotely close to the fruit punch taste/ aftertaste I won't be able to finish the tub.

Still as good if not better than when I first started taking this back in 2014. Between then and now I have tried recon1, isopure, nutraone, and many other brands. This one takes the cake by far. Also I don't see why everyone is having a difficult time mixing this. It was very easy for me in a regular metal spring ball bottle blender with 8 fl Oz.of cold water. The taste I got is fruit punch and it just like back then. This protien powder is my one and true. Elevating my gains with the BCAA's and creatine with 23 grams of protien.
