Was not expecting to love this as much as I do and did not know what to expect with a refurb. I am astonished because this little beast is practically brand new. Barely barely noticeable scuffs on the outside. Started up fast and set up was quick and easy. Bought this at recommendation of my engineer bf to use scrictly for writing a novel, and it is going to be perfect. I have a really nice Lenovo but it's connected to all kinds of peripherals and a hassle to disconnect for portability, and it's honestly not as physically durable as this little Dell. I wanted something small and rugged just to do writing, and this is absolutely perfect. Very pleased with the seller as well for shipping so quickly and well packaged and for offering such great products at such a great price.

this company sent a chromebook with a key thats is stuck down, i did the return process saying the reason for the return is that the key is stuck down, that makes it fairly not usuable. when I went to return it using the label that they sent, it was the last day on the return. I was following instructions, I was on the last day of the return according to the instructions. at the ups store they tell me that label is for my paying the shipping back.... except that it said "free returns" on the chromebook page when I ordered, also the reason for the return is their faulty product. so now I am on hold with Amazon customer service on a friday night when a storm is coming and i need to be driving. this is such a disappointment... are you kidding me they send a label where I should pay for the return of their faulty product??? I may try to unpack it and take a video or photo of the faulty product. now for some reason the call got disconnected so I have to go thru the whole process of trying to talk to an agent.

This is a great Little laptop computer. It's very well built, and it would appear to be rugged enough to withstand some jostling around. I really like the size the screen resolution the ease of use and the price. I would definitely buy this again.

This Chromebook is a great size. Laptop would not turn on without charger. Charge ports are definitely worn in. The cable is loose when plugged in to charge. I recommend this model, but the particular unit I was sent has significant wear and tear. The Chromebook turned on with charger plugged in. Computer performance was a little slow during initial Chromebook setup. Chromebook seems to hold a charge. When unplugged, Chromebook holds a charge. Customizable accessories also available on Amazon at a low cost.

A good computer for its price, but not the best option out there I would spend more to get a faster and better computer but if you are on a tight budget, I would recommend this one.

Just what I needed, I just wanted something simple, I had a MacBook, but it was too much for me for what I wanted to do. I gave it to my niece and asked her if this is what I really needed. She said this was perfect for me. I just check emails and maybe a little surfing. And with me being on a fixed income, the price was affordable. It was easy to set up, and the chrome book itself looks new.

Hello, I am a senior and not tech-savvy. I love my "new" refurbished Dell Chromebook. It's very easy to set up, I didn't need any help, it's a perfect size, fast, for what I need, it's perfect. Sincerely Grandma

Ma fille voulait un portable pour faire ses travaux d'ecole, recherche et réseaux sociaux. Je lui ai offert à Noël et elle est très contente. Elle est souvent dessus et ça l'air très bien allé! Pour ce qu'elle a a faire avec c'est un super achat!
