Good for cupping however they won't slide much if you want to move them around, the grip goes

Jammed up first time I used them and one the thread broke

Broke after just a few uses
Were great the first two times used. Unfortunately on third go part of the internal screw mechanism on one broke making it unable to be screwed. Unable to return as just outside window.
