Really good product. Now on my second bottle and feeling the benefits after struggling for many years and trying many different things! So this has been brilliant. Great and fast delivery also.

Using this for help with chronic constipation. My husband has suffered for years with this, Has had all the remedies from GP and everything and anything he could think of including high fibre etc. Going on holidays was a nightmare, as it ruined more holidays than can be discussed. Since trying this two tablets per day. No problem. Regular toilet goer now.We did use another brand before, and it was effective, but not as good as this one. One year on this has changed his life. It just works. PLUS, he now says the skin itching he suffered from before seems to have gone. Not sure if there is a link. Wonderful product Another up date, still working well for him. Plus it is helping with dry eyes. He tells me that if he misses taking them, he is soon back to chronic constipation. I am now using the magnesium body butter [cannot take the pills] and I find I sleep so well. seems this mineral is something a lot of us need. Expensive, but worth every penny. Should we be able to get them on prescription, may save the GP, loads of money in Prescriptions? Just a thought. One year on, and we tried a different brand as the their were capsules and not so big. The Swanson ones were not so effective for constipation, so back to this one. 4 Dec 2015

I use these for chronic insomnia. I take them before bed and find my sleep has much improved. I can get to sleep and when I wake up I can get back to sleep again. These do work- I have taken zopiclone and diazepam previously so for those who think this won't be as good, it is! I did find I had very vivid dreams when I first started taking them. This has now settled after about 3 weeks. If it is a problem for you I'd suggest halving the dose and building up. I take mine before bed. The tablets are very big but I can swallow 2 at once without issue so not a problem for me, plus they don't have a nasty after taste (only a slight chalk like taste) if you don't swallow it first time. It also helps (to delicately put it) keep my digestive system moving (in a good way)! Have now purchased these twice. Have used a lot of solgar products and have been pleased with all purchases

I like the product and the price is good. I read other reviews before purchase and have to echo a lot of the comments - These Tablets are Big. I don't usually have a problem swallowing but ..... Taking them with water it seems that as soon as the tablet goes into my mouth the shiny coating disappears and they become difficult to go down my throat. Cutting them in half helps but they still have a tendency to stick. Once they're into my system they do the business

These are such large capsules and are not very nice to take. It’s a real effort. I have to chop them in four parts. Do not buy
