The Body ShopCamomile Silky Cleansing Oil - 200ml

I was deciding between this and the Burts Bee one and I'm really glad that I picked this one! Really lovely on my skin with soothing camomile scent, perfect to remove make up including mascara and does not sting my eyes. Comes off easily with warm water. Also, other reviews have mentioned about packaging problem with product leaking, but I've not had this problem. Maybe they've made changes to the pump as I've noticed the label is different than some pictures I saw online.EDIT: OK, so it started leaking half way through the bottle, which makes a bit of a mess on the shelf.

I have used the Camomile cleansing oil for almost a year and it does the job. Massage it into dry skin and rinse it off under the shower. I don't bother with 'emulsifying' first. It removes make-up effectively without the need to double cleanse ( do not see the need). So far, this product has not irritated my sensitive skin, has not caused any breakouts and, if the formula does not get changed, I will continue buying it because it works for me.

Fantastic product

One pump of this goes a long way, so will be great value for money. The fragrance isn't that strong which is nice, as a couple I've had have been a bit overpowering. I don't wear a lot of make-up, so this is ideal as a single cleanse without having to use another product as well. My eyes are super sensitive, so I won't use this as an eye make-up remover, and will stick to the one I've always used. Will have to look at more Body Shop products in the future.

Bought this to replace the cleansing oil I was previously using which has since been discontinued. It does have a silky feel, gets rid of my waterproof makeup flawlessly, and washes off easily. Hasn't made my skin break out, so I consider that a good transition between products!

This is the first time I am using a cleansing oil. I wanted to have an oil cleanser to remove all make-up and then use a separate cleanser to finalize the skin cleaning process. The package arrived ok and the product was in ok condition. I noticed that when you press the bottle to get the oil out.. it does squirt it out almost straight forward so you have to be a bit careful when using it. The product itself was quite liquidy oil. It has a very pleasant smell that stays on your skin for a while, if you don't use another face cleanser after oil. It does get rid of the make-up as promised. Even the tougher mascaras.. but I do have to say that it does leave a bit oily residue on your face and hands after using it. Skin is soft and smells wonderful but it does feel like there is product on it. So I use a snail foaming face wash after the oil. The oil itself very pleasant and removes make-up, I personally don't want any residue on my skin. I am in my early 40s, with very sensitive, combination skin. This product did not break me out or cause any irritation. I can see myself buying this again but I will always use another cleanser after it. I bought the product myself and this is my personal experience from using it.

I love the oil, but not the dispenser! I find it is not easy to extract the oil from the bottle!
