Can't say enything yet, just started to use, but one good thing about it, is that it doesn't have any stimulants so you can take it any time:) update: using a week now x3 a day. I am getting leaner, i am on a meal prep diet too but quite high on kcal 1700, so i think that CLA does it's work too. I like that it doesn't stimulate and affect sleep, doesn't irritate stomach :) so with proper diet and exercise it really can support fat loss quicker. Just nothing will do a miracle if you are not strict on your goal:) i used to try very powerful fat burner, but didn't eat right and it didn't worked a t all:))) so good luck with that product and your goals ;)

I was a bit sceptical before using this product as I tried CLA in the past but didn't see the effect. Since then I changed my diet and workout plan and although I lost fat and gained muscle I was reaching a plateau. I was using fat burner which for me are best to increase energy before a workout but don't really experience the fat burn impact. I decided to then change my approach and used CLA. I really saw the difference physically as I look more shredded and felt more energized. I've just reorder a new batch and would definetely recommend it.

Quick delivery and well packaged. Early days yet but feel like it is working, will definitely be ordering again. Easy to take, even though the are quite big pills.

Ultimately with products such as this, we cannot identify if they are having an effects or not, especially if they are coupled with a weight-loss diet. There are just too many variables involved and it's a food supplement which has no noticeable 'buzz' nor potent effect. That's not to say they aren't playing a role however in one way or the other, so I rate this in appreciation of that fact, giving the benefit of the doubt. There are many harsh reviews which indicate that buyers are expecting a little too much. Some people are even going to the extent of suggesting it's just Cod Liver Oil for the fact that it's....an oil. Unfair at best and CLA has its own distinct smell. Some people will argue the fact that if you don't feel or notice a difference, then what's the point, but others will appreciate it for the very subtle supplement that it is. It doesn't cost the world, so I say give it a go and figure how it works for you. My bodyfat hasn't been as low in 20 years, but there's a load of factors to consider.

Only received item last this week so cannot really comment on its benefits but the packaging & product is as it should be.

Worthwhile product. It cane very quickly and securely packaged, and I ordered it after trying a similar brand in the past with limited success. So far this seems to be working well and hitting the area I am most concerned about (the lower back). There are quite a few in here but you should take 3 a day or so. Seem ok to swallow and higher content level than some others so should work well. It's still early days for me to get into them and see the full impact but certainly nothing negative to say at present. Combine these with a suitable diet and exercise and I am sure they will deliver a better outcome. I would recommend.

I have been using CLA for a while now in conjunction with a good diet and an exercise regime and I can definitely say it has made a difference. I have shed fat faster since taking this supplement. Though it's hard to gauge supplements like this between brands, I can say that this one is legit and the price is very reasonable. It also came quickly and was exactly as described. If you're on the fence about trying CLA to help with fat loss, I would recommend buying a tub and seeing for yourself. Don't expect miracles though. If your diet is terrible and you don't do any sort of physical exercise, I doubt you'll see a difference.

Integratore CLA che sto utilizzando da qualche settimana e che sto associando a una alimentazione ipocalorica e ad attività fisica. Risultati visibili, ovviamente, al momento non ne sto vedendo, spero di averli più avanti. Assumo tre capsule al giorno durante i pasti principali per migliorarne l'assorbimento. Non sto accusando effetti collaterali e/o indesiderati, le capsule sono di facile deglutizione e sono insapore. La confezione contiene 120 capsule softgel pertanto si ha una copertura di 40 giorni. Consiglio questo integratore a chi come me vuole ridurre la massa grassa e supportare quella magra.
