Quality Wax Heater - Worth Paying Extra - Cheap Heaters Are Dangerous!
I originally purchased the Yeelen Wax Heater but it was awful and I found it quite dangerous as you just can't regulate the heat properly and I ended up burning myself, so I returned that oneThis Satin Smooth heater is completely different. It's definitely a quality unit. It is very well built and so easy and SAFE to operate. You simply set it to the MELT setting to initially melt the wax then you turn it down to the READY setting and leave it there for 20 minutes or so to let the wax cool properly, then you're ready to go. There is even a detachable handle to remove the inner pot, and even the handle is solidly madeI have never waxed myself before but I found it pretty easy and actually not painful... this is the method I used:1) Wear Latex gloves2) Use Satin Smooth Pure White Hard Wax with Arnica and Coconut3) Wash the area then apply Mylee Pre Care Gel, then dry off4) Apply a very light dusting of Baby Powder to fully dry the area5) Apply the wax, I found a thinner coat to be much better than a thick one6) Once the wax has FULLY set rip off against the hair7) Apply Mylee After Care LotionI also found that if there were any stray bits of wax left on the skin I used the Mylee Pre Care Gel to clean it off, but always finishing with the Mylee After Care LotionI'm quite chuffed with myself that I'm able to wax myself and I know I will just get better at itPlease, please don't buy a cheap wax heater as, in my experience, they're useless and potentially dangerousThis Satin Smooth heater is highly recommendedEDIT........TOP TIP No.1I've found that you usually get some stray wax left over on your skin after waxing and I found the best thing to remove it was Acetone (nail varnish remover) or if not I used my NYK1 Exfoliating Glove which worked a treatTOP TIP No.2Use a different hard wax. I found I was using a lot of the Satin Smooth Wax and it is not that easy to get a nice film cover and it left a lot of stray wax behind. I've just received some Perron Rigot Cirepil Euroblonde hard wax beads and it's so much easier to use. It costs about twice the price of the Satin Smooth wax but I reckon you'll use less than half the amount as it has very little wastage and leaves less stray wax on the skinHope that helps someone

Would recommend but check out my cons review
Pro: wax melted so well and so evenly after 30-40mins it was good. You can adjust temperature from maximum (10) to "Ready" (5) once it's heated so it remains at a honey like consistency. Though I used a creme wax, the pink one with it. It was good also.Con: The little metal scraper bar kept coming off a few times when I scraped the spatula of wax on it to remove excess wax. Disappointed at this BUT, you can just scrape the wax on the side of the wax pot also, so it wasn't a big deal. *Satin Smooth should improve upon this*.Lid doesn't click secure. It sort of just flops on top. It is there but it doesn't do much so be careful.

Abit of a fiddly and lengthy procedure but it does what it's meant to.
So far I've only used this a few times due to how messy it can get and how stringy the wax can get during applications, it works how it's supposed to, but it's really one of those things where the individual's opinion is what decides it. If you're not too short for time or you don't mind a little mess, you'll like the more precise waxing you get using the hard wax beans and this heater. It keeps the wax soft and usable as long as you follow the instructions correctly.

I use 'Australia beauty tea tree wax' which is the perfect size bottle to place inside without pouring it out
Ive been using this warmer for 2years now and it is yet to fail me.It offers 3 functions which allows for me to change the functions according to need.Usually lower temperature for my face.I use 'Australia beauty tea tree wax' which is the perfect size bottle to placeinside without pouring it out. Usually I'll microwave wax first then put setting on 'ready'so I do not have to wait (20/30min) for it to heat up.

Does job well and easy to clean.
Label faded and stiff turning mechanism which is so loud when turning sounds like it is broken but it is a good device!!!
