Hard to say...
So I changed from using Viviscal to these pills upon recommendation and some seriously strong Amazon reviews. Viviscal only lost my biz due to their price. So I've started past few years losing my hair due to peri meno and Viviscal definitely stopped it shedding. I've been using these new pills for 6 months and can I notice a difference? Not entirely sure, it's always difficult with any hair product as hair grows so slowly compared to our expectations. So yes, I've had new hair growth but not as much as I'd hope...but as I stress, expectations are rarely realistic.

Value for money and pleased so far
Have been taking these for about 2 weeks now. Very easy to swallow and no bad taste. No reaction which is good as this happened with a previous brand. All in all only time will tell if these do what they state, but so far I am pleased. These natural remedies need at least 3 months I feel. So on that basis I am giving it 5 stars as delivery was swift. Great value for money and I think so far I am benefiting from taking these supplements.

Amazing product!
Has completely reversed my hair loss. Happily I once again have thick,healthy hair. At around the same time as my hair started thinning I noticed that my nails had started to split and seemed very brittle,these too have improved enormously and have regained their former strength. I would not be without this product.

They do work I can recommend
Now on my third bottle they do seem to be having a beneficial effect on my hair & nails.My nails are in noticeable better condition & my hair is a little thicker on my crown which is what I bought them for, now hoping for even more improvement.The only thing I don't like about them is the price.Be warned any cruise goers :- Do not make the mistake of buying these at the hair dressers on the boat you may be charged double the price as I was

Used 3 months worth of these and can honestly say I did not notice any difference to my hair or nails. Maybe they are already in good enough shape and this would be more helpful if you had some problems... Would not repurchase.

Good, but there's better out there
I bought these to help boost hair/skin/nails in the run-up to my wedding (e.g. over a span of 18 months). Interestingly, I didn't massively notice a difference and so stopped taking.Interestingly, I moved to Naturelo prenatals (not for health/skin/nails) but since using them they have 100% changed the health of my nails. To be fair I'm getting shellac done less, but my nails are thicker/tougher/stronger than they ever were when I used phyto regularly.
