passwordsFAST is an OFFLINE, compact, electronic password manager. Slightly larger than a credit card which makes it perfect for home, work or the person looking for a travel size password manager.

Good for the price, but could be better.
Not bad but not quite good enough. If the wrong Master code is entered, it displays 'Incorrect Password!'. The one I was using before just carries on and displays all the names for the encrypted passwords, e.g. Amex Gold, Bank Of England vault, Fort Knox, etc., but all the passwords themselves are incorrect. The would-be thief has no idea whether they are wrong or right even if by some amazing stroke of luck they guess the correct Master code at the first attempt. With the passwordsFast device, the criminal is encouraged by the 'Incorrect Password!' message to try again. Ok, there are a lot of Master codes to try. But each successive guess stands more chance of being correct, and the criminal will know straight away if if he or she has hit the right buttons. So this device is less secure than my old one, which is a great pity just for the sake of a few extra lines of code.

You need to watch YouTube before you start entering data
Works well and fits in wallet. There are three youtube clips which make data entering straight forward don’t try to enter data before watching all of the YouTube clips. It’s small size makes it easy to carry in your purse or wallet but makes data entry a little harder due to the size of buttons. Not been connected to the web is a big plus (can’t be hacked) just takes time to enter data but you only need to do it once.

Good idea
Ideally could be a little more rigid. I found that some keys require firmer pressure than others, or needed to be pinched between between finger and thumb to get the required character/function.Other than that slight irritation, as the saying goes “it does what it says on the tin”

Can't find anything else on the market better so will buy another and fashion a screen
I have bought 2 of them. I have broken the screen on both of them in my pocket despite buying a case. Because you cannot back them up all the data was lost meaning you still have to write down all your passwords. Can't find anything else on the market better so will buy another and fashion a screen protector

Fiddly
My workmates used to call me Inspector Gadget so I find this appealing but it is rather fiddly. I set it yp and then entered an item. I then switched off then on and located the item but the next time I switched on the list was empty. Great for Gadget geaks but needs patience.

Security through simplicity in the age of forced sharing.
It is becoming harder and harder these days to find a simple device that can store data and keep it to itself - no wifi, no wires, no synchronisation, no "remembering your passwords" or "uploading to the cloud for your convenice" etc. And this little device has been designed to provide exactly the simple functionality I have been looking for - a pocket sized data store which keeps the passwords encrypted and UNSHARED.It is not for everyone - as people love to give up security for convenience and do not mind that their login credentials are at the mercy of some suspicious smartphone assistant or an unassuming cute game with permissions to 'everything'... Which is probably why devices like that are so scarce.
