I started taking these after beginning to develop symptoms of coronavirus - obviously don't expect these to be a magical cure for the virus as they are not, but I've kept on taking them after my recovery and since then I've felt very strong. I don't know if they eased the symptoms as these things usually take a while to work, but it's been 2 months and I'm very strong again now. My hair and nails feel stronger, my immune system is back to normal, and these tablets make me feel very healthy.

For the price, which I believe is kept down by the type of packaging, these supplements are pretty great. Not too large or foul-tasting, and I’m already seeing good results, only...don’t take them on an empty stomach!Normally, I don’t have this kind of problem with other pills, but I’ve been consistently sick when taking these, unless I have a very full stomach beforehand. I’ve resorted to taking them right after dinner, and now I don’t even notice any nausea, but taking them on an empty stomach, or even after a light breakfast, really didn’t agree with me for some reason, so make sure you eat first, just in case, as they’re actually some of the more effective supplements I’ve come across, and a great price.

Arrived on time and excellent tablets

I ordered these prior to a major operation and I have only just started to take them 3 weeks post op. I take one with my breakfast and have had no feeling of nausea at all. I just wanted to boost my immune system coming up to the dreaded flu season and hope these help me avoid any nasty bugs that may or may not be coming my way. I have taken zinc supplements in the past and was very pleased with the way my skin and hair improved, also I didn't have any really bad colds when taking zinc....fingers crossed! Update 26 Nov 2019 - I am now on my 3rd purchase of these supplements - I have never had an upset stomach with these tablets and have always taken with food. My hair, nails and skin have improved and I have avoided many of the winter bugs that have been around. Only thing to mention is this current order the tablets are round in shape, the other two orders were capsules solid white.
