Silly price for such a good supplement.
Yeah these are just fine. I take them to supplement my gym program and high protein diet. They have pretty much everything in you could want. They aren't a replacement for the vitamins you'll get naturally from your meals, bit they will fill in the gaps where a particular way of eating may leave you deficient in a few areas.I will say they do smell a bit funky, I suppose the smell is a little yeasty or malty. However don't let that put you off, they're pills not sweets. These are a good mineral and vitamin rich supplement for the money. If you're bothered by the smell then go and buy centrum or another big brand that are sugar shelled or in a cellulose capsule that are nearly 4 times as much.

Avoid if you're sensitive to smells
Can't argue with the efficacy of the product, I haven't felt any different since switching to these, and the price is pretty hard to beat. They go down fine and would be completely perfect IF they didn't smell so bad. In a well-ventilated room it's fine, but I first opened them in my bedroom with the window closed and the smell stuck around for hours. I find myself holding my breath whenever I open the bottle. Having said that, clearly a quality product and for the price, I'll put up with it. Maybe I'll feel different during Winter when I can't keep my window open as comfortably

An unpleasant odour
These multivitamins have a horrible odour, and I took one and it affected my stomach, but I have a sensitive stomache to iron. I won't be taking anymore.
