Ultimate Direction Fastpack 25 / Graphite (M/L)

I was looking for a backback to take on days out in the country. I wanted to have a backback with some easily accessible storage, so i don't have to stop and take it off whenever I need to reach for frequently used items. I found this Fastpack25, which was designed as a "running vest". Well, I don't intend to do any running, but it is perfect for my intended purpose. You can pack bottles of water/snacks/tools etc in the harness at the front, leaving the actual backpack for larger items.I found this backpack very comfortable. I was initially worried that it would not be waterproof (i found some reviews that claimed it was not even water resistant), but I was glad to discover it was made from a PU (or similar) coated material. Perhaps it is not 100% waterproof, it does not appear to have taped seams, and i dare say if i dropped it into a lake, some moisture might get in, but in everyday use it sufficiently water resistant.Overall i am very happy with my purchase.

Good size for multi day runs or hikes.
