Q: Hi i'm a guy i want to buy this waist sincher. my chest size is chest 35.5 cm waist size 36.5 cm. what size would you recommend i buy

If you are buying this to get the smaller waist then i agree with the other comment however if you are buying this to get a flatter stomach then go for it as it is fairly cheap. A comment on the material is that it is stretchy so the waist wouldn’t be reduced. Hope this helps.

Q: How long should it be worn a day ?

I wear mine all day from 7am til 7 pm but I guess it depends how long you feel comfortable in it.

Q: Should I return it and size down if I’m able to clip it on the tightest loop?

If it is loose on the tight fit hook than go size down. For me the third hook is tight on a 2xl and I wouldn't go down a size just yet as it is just perfect to tuck me in. My waist size was at the maximum of the xl and so went up a size. I don't expect to see immediate results, but with it on and seeing less of a bloated stomach is a bonus for me.

Q: What are the instructions on drying?

Hand wash, dry on line or maiden, you will destroy it if use in a dryer.
