This fleece does not have a hood, it’s a stand up collar.

Q: How does it fit in comparison to the columbia benton fleece? this jacket looks more fitted.

I have 3 Columbia's but don't know if they are Benton. This jacket is a little roomier than my Columbia. I would not call it lightweight, as the description says, - it is heavy. Very well made and attractive. It is very warm -I live in Minnesota and it keeps me warm when the temps aren't below zero.

Q: Can I wash and dry this jacket?

Garment tags state to machine wash cold, lay flat to dry. Do not dry in clothes dryer. I have not yet washed my jackets so can’t address how well they will wash.
