I bought this product along with the Instanatural leave in Oil and Shampoo. The order arrived quickly (a day earlier than expected, and on a Sunday). I received two conditioners rather than one conditioner and one shampoo. I emailed InstaNatural, and they sent me a complimentary shampoo which arrived the next day. Although they made a mistake the order, they have immediately dealt with it, so I think their service was excellent.The products arrived well sealed. I was surprised how big the containers were, these bottles can easily take me three months to finish.I have thin black hair that I wash every day. I had been feeling guilty for neglecting my hair and decided to invest in this treatment.I immediately tried the three products, and I have to say, I felt the dazzling effect instantly. It was been four days that I have been using these products, and I am finding them to be amazing; my hair is soft and shiny. I am very pleased with the quality of these products.I would definitely recommend to my best friend, and I would buy them again. I've been using this with a different brand's Argan oil shampoo and 'leave in' conditioner - so it's hard to say which product is doing what. However, having previously had dry and wiry hair - it's really fluffy and voluminous now. There's no feeling of oiliness. Weirdly - it seems to dry (because I just towel dry - I don't bother with a blow drier) quicker. It dries quicker even in this current September humidity. Like I say - it would take extensive and complicated experimentation to find out which product is responsible but I can say that the InstaNatural Argan oil conditioner is certainly not making things worse.

I waited some time before I left a review as I wanted to try this out and hopefully see results in the long term. However, I have not seen any results from using this. My hair is still damaged and frizzy. I should mention that I have died my hair red ombre. I would not recommend you buying this if you want your hair silky and shiny as it has done nothing for me. I am quite disappointed...

Made my hair extremely soft, will have to go careful that it does not become too soft and unmanageable. If you are looking for a conditioner for chemically / colour treated hair or pollutants, this will do the job beautifully!

So far this one has become my favorite conditioner and shampoo brand. It has really made my hair much better and one bottle lasts for long, Worth try it once!!!!!!

i used to wash my hair every day, this shampoo helps my hair to keep it clean, however it doesn't work for my partner...made a lot of dry skin

What a lovely shampoo, smells nice without being too overpowering. Bought the conditioner too, makes my hair look a tad thicker, am likely to buy again.
