Pritt 480656 Power Stick Glue Extra Strong Solvent-Free Washable - 19.5 g

I am totally blind, and before this have found all glue totally beyond me. I needed to find a way to easily, safely and without mess glue dolls' wigs in place. I remembered the adverts for Prit I used to see as a child and wondered if it was still made. I found this product and have never looked back. It performs beautifully, sticking fabric wig caps firmly to vinyl, and the fact that it's washable means that mishaps can be rectified if necessary. I wouldn't be without it.

Much stronger than ordinary Pritt stick I use this for sticking paper and card. It dries quickly and bonds very well without making the paper wet or wrinkly (as long as you don't put too much on). Apply gently and don't extend the glue too far out of the stick and you can avoid those nasty lumps of glue that you sometimes get with these sort of glue sticks.I only use the Power Pritt now as it's a lot stronger and lasts a lot longer too.

Needed this to do a memory scrapbook, it went on well and stuck any item I put in firmly. Kept unwanted mess to a bare minimum, and you could see where you had put it before it dried clear.

This glue stick works well if you press harder against paper and apply it in higher-speed strokes, this allows the glue to melt and become sticky. Many people who left negative reviews here applied it in the same way they would an ordinary saggy glue stick. I like this product better because it is not as saggy and does not leave horrible smear marks an ordinary glue stick does.Having said all that I think the days of glue sticks outside of amateur 3D Printing are numbered. I used mine for application of postage lables but then ended up buying click&drop stickers.

It's sticky, and it has stuck the stuff that I needed it to stick. It smells like Pritt Stick, and didn't leave any nasty residue that I couldn't get off my fingers. It says on the side that it is solvent free.The tube is about 9.5cm long, and 2.5cm across, so it's not the widest/thickest Pritt Stick-type product I've used, but it's more than sufficient for casual needs. Apparently it has 19.5g of adhesive in it (according to the side!) and is not suitable for children under 6 years!I'm not sure whether it is stronger than regular Pritt Stick or not, as I have been using it mainly on paper-based things... But nothing I've stuck down so far has come off, so only time will tell (although regular Pritt Stick can last for years before things start to come "un-stuck", so it might be a long time before I get to update this!).

Extra strong but allows things to be pulled off after sticking them down with nil damage? The day of glue in a stick is over, especially for the serious crafter. It is good enough for children provided they do not try to cap it with the bar enrolled...and then come crying they can't get the cap off.

It really is the best! It doesn’t look shiny, you barely have to touch paper and it will stick down and never flick back up again.I use it for drafting dress patterns, I’m very proud of my patterns thanks to this glue!

I was looking for something to make PLA stick to my 3D printer's unheated glass bed properly. After seeing starkiller's positive review for this application, I bought some and I'm not disappointed! It actually sticks a little too well, but warm water soon sorted that out :) I also bought a stick of "5 Star" brand to try, but it which was rubbish, so I'm sticking with Pritt instead!
