I actually liked the taste and prefer having this in liquid form instead of tablets.Problem for me is came when I noticed it contains E471 which is usually derived from animals and therefore not suitable for me.

Great value for money
Great value for money. Taste is not bad. A dilute lemonade or similar. Gonna buy again as it is easy to drink and great price. I also prefer liquid L-carnitine as it absorbs faster. Definitely recommend.

hopefully a really good bcaa source, downside it tastes really bad,if you can put up with that, then its very cheap for what it offers

Take 25ml of this amino with bargain tablets omega 3 and you got fat cell burning voodoo happening , groovy for raising energy levels.

Do not take it if you have hypothyroidism!!!!!
It was all going well...I thought. The taste is very good and it is great value BUT I was getting the opposite of what I was expecting. I was hoping to get extra energy and such, but I was getting even more tired. Also, I put on 3kg in a month while boxing 5x a week and being on a caloric deficit. No, I did not gain lean mass. You see, I take medication for hypothyroidism and only after a month of taking L-Carnitine I found out it interferes with the medication and worsens the symptoms. Totally my fault, I should have asked my doctor before taking supplements. Apparently, it is good for people with hyPERthyroidism, but I'd also talk to your doctor before taking it.Anyhow, I won't make the same mistake again Threw the remaining 1/4 of the bottle away. :(
