Worth the price! Everything is fine and works great. You can actually fit two hard disks inside, or one along with some accessories in the net pouch—it’s flexible and convenient. This is an invaluable little gadget at a good price. No more fears of my phone dying when I'm out and about. Very easy to use. Easy to carry using the wrist USSB strap which doubles as extra charging cable for other devices if needed. The blue paw lights on the unit reassures me when it needs recharging. It fast charges my Google Pixel phone. Overall functions really well. Great to have a three year guarantee, but seems pretty durable so far.

We have just bought some more of these little cases in which to store other electronic items, because they are so good. So my previous review still applies, namely that I think they are excellent products at an excellent low price (plus excellent fast delivery service). The item is not too fat or bulky and yet gives good protection for a 2TB portable hard drive and or backup hard drive and it has a rubberized ribbed outer covering. The softer internal lining means that the hard drive does not get scratched and the internal pocket easily accommodates a short connecting cable or maybe even a second 2TB hard drive. The zip with easily grasped tag works around 3 edges of the unit, thus giving secure protection. Overall, well worth buying these cases and we now have four of them. Even used one of these cases in which to store a mobile phone (although it is a bit of a tight fit), because it gives far better protection than the original phone case which was very badly designed. Somebody has stated in their review that the contents may not survive if the case is thrown about or sat on. Well if you are going to do those sorts of silly antics with delicate electronic items, I doubt that any type of small case is going give protection to withstand that sort of treatment ! ! !

Great to use

I have had one of these for a couple of years that is still going strong, so bought 2 more a couple of months ago, so all have now had regular use for a period of time. They hold 3 different portable HDs each of a slightly different size. One holds smaller old 500gb WD my passport, which isnt held in as snug but it is still held well enough, there is room around it and it will slide if you tip the case upright but it's a very slow movement, and when I'm carrying it about it isn't placed to go tipping different directions or being thrown all over in my bag. The others hold 2gb WD my passport and a 2gb Toshiba Canvio, these hold perfectly, and I'm sure they would hold a bigger size too. There is a pocket on the other side to hold the cable. The Zip is smooth on all 3 of these cases. I've seen a number of reviews where people have had issues with the zips but anything you buy with zips at any price sometimes you can be unlucky and get a duff one, but all 3 of my cases have no issues with the zips. The EVA case itself is as you'd expect a rubbery feel, when pressed it has give, if you want high impact protection then this £5 case will not be it, its equal to the price paid. I'm happy with the storage and protection at home and for travelling about, I don't take it anywhere or travel with it in a way that would see it chucked about, dropping from high heights or getting crushed. long distance travel I have inserts I've made from jiffy bags, which I'd still use even if I had a super tough shock proof case, I haven't made them primarily for these cases. Reviews ask to mark out of 5 stars for sturdiness, travel, durability, now I guess how each person marks this is going to affect this score because if you was to compare it to a £30 case then it would score lower, but if scored in relation to its cost of £5 then that makes the score higher, and this is what I base any review on - the quality and function in relation to its cost.

I purchased a couple of these to store my external drives that I use for backing stuff up. Using these cases gives them better protection than the soft cloth cases that came with the drives and they look better, not to mention protecting them from things like dust. Not that I take my portable drives anywhere but if I did I would be more than happy transporting them in one of these cases, the only thing missing is a carrying strap but then I'm not using them for that purpose. I have always found Duronic products to be of high quality and used various items of there's over the years, such as monitor arms. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to give a little bit of extra protection to a valuable external 2.5 drive, or even use it to store USB sticks.

Thinner than I was hoping for but so far so good but have only had it for a short time. Love the color and feel of it so hopefully, it can withstand the usage I will be putting it through.
