They seem to work well for me, especially after having my last child I was told I had graves thyroid. I don’t like taking medicines so I try and go down the herbal side and with other herbal tabs I managed to get my thyroid down. Not saying this will work for everyone but has for me. Strong smell that’s the only down side.

Unless you have a comprehensive blood test and find that you need a regular intake of Selenium ... buy the balanced V-2000, or V-75 Multivitamin / mineral formulae.

I bought this for an unwell chicken however once she was better I did research on taking them myself, I started taking them.
