Pretty good but get a knife sharpener
Because it's a carbon steel you'll need a knife sharpener, I just wish I knew that before I bought one as it losses it's edge quick but is more durable. For me I should of gone with stainless steel.

Nice knife, great grip
Ah, now this is one of my favourites. It's got a nice folding action and the blade is sharp and holds its edge well. The best bit for me though is the handle. The rubber gives it such good grip. Aye, you wont be disappointed in this. Yes I know, there are better and cheaper etc etc but trust this random reviewer that you have no reason to trust, it's a nice wee knife.

You are getting a very VERY good knife for your money!
You are getting a very VERY good knife for your money!Don't be put off by thinking that you're paying Just for the Bear Grylls name here - because you're not. What you are getting here is an extremely good quality, well built knife and as you can probably see by the plaster on my finger - a VERY sharp one too!Seriously - Be careful. This knife is beast with regards to the blade quality and pure sharpness! The good:* The Gerber Name = always top quality* The Bear Grylls Name = as above* Build Quality* Sharpness* Looks* ReliabilityThe sorta bad:* If you're weak like me, can be difficult to open with one handAll in all a fantastic bit of kit and worth every penny!

Solid , quality feel to this
I wanted a penknife - but to avoid having all the extra stuff |I'd not use. Its not cheap (34) but its really solid. When the blade opens it locks in place with a solid click and its firm and not wobbly which is what you can get with cheaper onesIts sharp as well - and has held its edge over the last two months. To close it up you need to press on the spine of the knife at the back.

... paraframe gerber knife from you which I was extremely happy with. Absolutely fantastic knife
I bought a paraframe gerber knife from you which I was extremely happy with. Absolutely fantastic knife!! Then I bought the bear grylls 4 inch lock knife which would be fantastic if it was actually four inches and not less than 3. I'm a collector so I need to get what is described. Otherwise I would probably choose another model. Bottom line is either send me the correct knife or refund me. Because that is basic trade descriptions act and I will take it further if no reply within 24 hours. Thank you. So just to clear a few things up, unless you have your head stuck up your rectum you can close the knife one handed easily. Some of these reviews are scathing. It is not a bad knife but get the description correct. Especially when there are the exact same blade out there at two different lengths. Suggesting two different knives. Literally my only issue is that it ain't four inches long like the description said. So like I said 24 hrs.

Seems like a good quality sturdy knife for not too much money and the handy thing is it Folds away
Yet again I'm pleased with Amazon for my latest product it seems lightweight and strong I think it's worth the money however it could do with being a bit sharper on the non serrated Edge but overall I'm happy
