I saw all the great reviews everyone wrote about this, and was very sceptical so in turn I went to do my own separate research. I saw all the benefits and studies and some of the potential cons associated with this oil. I thought I’d still give it a try anyway to support my weight loss journey. I have to say I absolutely love this oil! I’ve only taken this oil for 4days but from the very first day I took it I noticed a few changes in my body. I started to feel less hungry and felt satisfied for much longer periods of time. The really aggressive cravings that I’m use to getting which cause me to snack on junk food, had disappeared and were extremely well controlled. When I ate real food such as salads and fish, I did NOT feel the need to snack on something sweet or savoury right after. Since I started the oil I eat two meals a day with one healthy snack, such as crackers and hummus and do intermittent fasting along side it. Drinking this oil in my tea once a day has made that all do-able. I go for walks three times a week doing 10000 steps, since all gyms are closed and I weight my self daily first thing in the morning and I’m watching the scale numbers decrease as I’m slowly loosing weight. This MCT oil has been a massive help/supporting aid in helping with my hunger levels and cravings. Otherwise I’d normally be eating about 4 meals a day and on a bad day during lock down maybe 5 meals and snacking in between. But the oil has helped me take back control and show discipline to sticking to a healthy diet, in my case a ketogenic diet. Obviously you still need to eat a balanced diet and do some form of exercise. This oil is a great support for those like me struggling to loose weight, and that are battling with hunger pains and constant cravings. But you must remember to drink LOADS of water 2L. I drink loads of water naturally and I’ve had no serious issues/side affects but towards the night time I do get a bit of a dry mouth. Follow the instructions as they are straight forward and simple but like I said balanced healthy diet and some form of exercise even if it’s light exercise it will make a difference; and most importantly you will feel the difference within yourself.

This came quickly and unlike other things I have bought, came with good instructions. I put half a tsp in a black coffee & went from there. I now put 2 tsps in my coffee every morning. I can't say for sure if it is my will power or the combination of the oil & w.p but in the past week I have lost 4 lbs. I have always been an intermittent faster throughout my life. I'm 51 & menopause has taken its toll, I'm overweight but I think this oil is helping me mentally. Its tasteless & easy to take, helps me fast for longer, so all in all i would say try it. You need to have the correct frame of mind then adding this oil will help. Its not a miracle but its a great aid with IF.

Ok I bought this a couple of weeks ago and was waiting to write a review as it did work immediately from the first time I took it but I wanted to be sure that the effect of not being hungry would last because I am a woman that has cycles of being ravenous some weeks and other weeks normally hungry so I waited and the verdict is: fabulous! I started on small dose and I use a siringe that I dip into the bottle and then dip into the coffe so that it doesn't spill in neither and I still take only about 2.5 in the morning and 2.5 in the late afternoon as I noticed that if I take more I start having little discomfort. But I am confident I could slowly up that dose and in any case it is working as is so I may not up the does after all. The first morning I took it I wasn't hungry until 2pm or so and since starting using I skip breakfast EASILY and now I have also not been hungry in the evening after dinner. I basically have something around 2pm and then something around 5 or 6 and that's it. The thing that really stood up for me and has been surprising was: 1. the days just before my monthly recurring appointment with mother nature (sorry for being graphic) when I usually eat for all of the UK, I wasn't hungry at all and wasn't craving sweets 2. the evenings I spent watching a movie on tv, I wasn't tempted to snack. I just sat there and watched the movie. I can't remember the last time I did that 3. This morning I forgot to put it in my bulletproof coffee and got hungry around 10. Waited to 11 and had brunch and then when went into kitchen (I work from home) I noticed the syringe and realised I had forgotten to put it in. I am mind blown and that is why I am writing this review now! 4. I like the taste. It is tasteless but for some reason makes the coffee nicer for me 5. A friend came over with super duper chocolate fudge cake and I ate a couple of spoons just to not offend her but I could have easily watch her eating it in front of me without being tempted. Honestly, what sorcery is this? Now in terms of weight loss. the first week I didn't lose any weight. Then I realised that tic tacs are 0.5 carb EACH and I was chomping on them in the car with my daughter probably adding 7 carbs daily, easily! I have now stopped both tic tac and sugarfree gum and have lost 1 pound in 4 days - but most importantly my scale also measures fat and I have lost 0.5 - in 4 days. I am heavy so my weight loss will be faster than others but I am really impressed. Also I know I am in ketosis because I have the strips to check. Thank you SO SO much for this oil. It has changed my attitude to food and I am really grateful.

The product itself is fine, but I probably won't purchase again because it is soooooo expensive. There is a lot of hype on the C8 version of MCT, but to be honest I have been Keto for nearly three years now and I'm not sure that there is a massive benefit in taking this over a spoon of coconut oil in my coffee. Sure it's a liquid, but I never had issues with getting coconut oil well dispersed in my coffee, so I am not sure why I thought that I needed this. Also it may be useful for some, but the owner of the company 'Damien' is keen. So keen that I have had two emails in under a week chasing me up to click through and write a review, I barely had the product a week. That's on top of the email from Amazon asking for a review. I understand that Damien is attempting to build the brand, but I was actually starting to feel harassed by this approach. So, if you believe that C8 is a magic bullet that is going to transform your life, try it. If like me you can see there's a good deal of marketing in this and are happy to get your organic, raw, cold pressed virgin coconut oil coco loco for £2.29 from Aldi, then I guess the choice is yours.

My review is purely from my own experience as a customer, iam in now way connected to the company or anyone who works for this company. So my review is completely objective and one from my own experience of taking this oil every day for 6 months. My review and personal experience!!!! I cant rate this highly enough as a customer. I originally bought this to take on a whim for the short term whilst iam on the keto diet and to get into ketosis. I ordered this because I just started this new fangled keto diet that my daughter in law got me into. I was finding it very hard to stick to the diet and gave this a try. I`m in my 50`s and need to lose a lot of weight. It had a very mild taste which was quite pleasant. I gave it 2 stars because it`s not flavoured. Within an hour of taking this I decided to go and cut my very large lawn with a push mower because my ride-on tractor is in for repair. I was amazed at the energy I had and easily completed the task quickly and wasn`t even tired at the end of it (which I am usually totally exhausted). My wife said " why are you charging around the garden like a mad man?" LOL. I didn`t realise I was. I started as instructed and took 1 tea spoon twice a day with absolutely no side effects as reported by others who don`t read the instructions and take too much and start complaining they have a sore tummy. I`m now in week 2 and taking 1 and a half tea spoons twice a day with no side effects except the increased energy and a curbed appetite which I think is what this is all about. I can go to work after having this in my early morning cuppa and two boiled eggs and I don`t even think about food until I get home 13 to 14 hours later. So, yes it does curb your cravings for carbs and is obviously using my stored fat for fuel. Give it a try folks and follow the instructions properly. You won`t be disappointed and I`m a terrible skeptic when it comes to stuff like this.

Energia immediata e mente lucida! Ottimo supporto per dieta chetogenica e digiuno Uso questo olio MCT da qualche settimana, e posso dire che fa davvero la differenza! È 100% C8 puro da cocco, quindi il tipo più efficace per la produzione di chetoni rapidi. Lo noto soprattutto al mattino: ne metto un cucchiaino nel caffè (bulletproof coffee) e in meno di 20 minuti sento un bel picco di energia mentale e fisica, senza nervosismo o “crash”. Lo uso anche nei giorni di digiuno intermittente, per avere energia senza rompere il digiuno metabolico. Prima di camminate o attività leggere, per sentirmi più concentrata. Nella dieta cheto, per raggiungere facilmente la quota di grassi “buoni”. La consistenza è leggera, il gusto è neutro (nessun retrogusto strano!) e non appesantisce lo stomaco – cosa che con altri MCT mi era successa. L’assorbimento è immediato, e rispetto ad altri oli provati in passato, questo mi sembra davvero più efficace nel favorire la chetosi. Il flacone da 500ml in plastica è pratico, anche se sarebbe bello se in futuro lo proponessero in vetro. In sintesi: un prodotto di altissima qualità, perfetto per chi segue la keto, il digiuno intermittente, o vuole solo un boost di energia naturale e pulita!

I accidentally ordered a plastic bottle. So I contacted the seller to return it and order a glass bottle edition. They were so kind, they reacted fast and just sent me a glass edition product without any problems.
