Can it acomodate a 1:35 th scale vehicle like a king tiger or a challenger 1

I’ve sprayed a 1/35 Universal carrier and it coped with that just fine. A Tiger is somewhat bigger obviously but the part that clips between the inner tracks is adjustable so in theory it should work.

Does it hold 28mm figures?

The clips are removable, but I would not recommend for cakes. My wife sells cakes and she uses a special turntable that has a wider base and is stronger - especially for fruit cakes. The larger cakes are put in a wooden lazy Susan. This turntable is for lightweight items only - best for painting. If you were to use this for cakes you couldn't work the icing.

Does this work for 1/10 ?

I cant see any reason why the platform wouldnt work. Depending on the subject, balance may be a little precarious. The spread stand also supplied was specifically designed to accommodate 1/24th scale model cars I'm led to believe. However,once again, it may well work dependant on the subject.
