Really good product, completely tasteless and easy enough to consumeI found it easy to put some in to a glass of water and drink or mix in with coffee however with coffee it does as you would expect quickly reform in bubbles on the top so i would keep a spoon in and mix every so often

I use this on my face instead of moisturiser - amazing!
Long time suffer of skin issues on my face, had lots of consultations with doctors and dermatologist who recommended a whole load of things that didn't work. Stumbled on a post on some skin related forum where someone suggested using MCT instead - bought some and haven't looked back. No more issues with my skin - just a bit of this each day on your face and you're good to go (I decant into a smaller spray bottle)!

Limitless
This oil gives you clarity beyond anything you thought possible- and the ability to bang out a few exam papers in no time. If you're reasonably fit you can do 20 pull ups straight using this stuff but after your body has used up all the ketones the superman effect wears off. Makes me wish I was constantly in ketosis. Use for cutting non-visceral fat or for improving endurance capacity (only effective on a low-carb diet). Best to mix in with coffee or tea as the taste is slightly weird (like goose fat+coconut oil)
