Chewy Stixx Oral Tubes Tough Bar---For children with aggressive biting habits.

This is a very good product my grandson is a big on chewing and it lasts a long time so we have got him some more.

Too thick for daughter’s mouth, such a shame as it’s very sturdy and doesn’t fall apart like the smaller ones. Would be great if they did in smaller size. The hunt for the perfect chew buddy goes on…….

I am an adult with chronic tmj pain and I have long found that my instinctive need to clench, bite, stretch and 'prop open' my jaw is the best way to relieve pain. For a long time I used everyday objects like plastic bottle lids to awkwardly stretch my jaw or bite down hard to get that relief - as well as biting my tongue or hand - until I realised that 'adult teethers' could be a thing. Anyway, this thing is amazing and I've now bought 4. The size is perfect and the massage bits feel nice on the inside of my mouth and outside of my face. It's good that I feel it isn't damaging my teeth. I sometimes go to sleep with it in my mouth safe knowing that it's too big to choke on and I'll drop it when I'm off to sleep. I don't know why my symptoms or symptom relief is like this but surely I can't be the only one? Intercepting the pain from this condition genuinely reduces headaches, stress and depression!! I hope that anyone reading who experiences things like this can also get some relief!

Our wonderful grandson has global developmental delay and is non-verbal autistic and will bite/chew anything he can get his hands on. After ordering this oral chewy stixx, I'd like to share what a revelation this product is & effect of calmness it has brought about to our grandson. Our concerns regarding durability are totally alleviated after what has now been a couple of months worth of use without a single bit of degeneration of any sort to the chewy stixx. I cannot recommend this item highly enough both from a manufacturing side or satisfaction of contentment to our grandson. Excellent value all around.

Seems pretty tough so far! Much better than other popular brands (the stick man chewy we bought from another brand broke on the same day!) This one has lasted a few weeks with no signs of damage yet.

The story goes that my wisdom teeth having been coming in for a few years and I cannot afford getting them pulled. They hurt and are compressing and/or impacting my other teeth. My gums crave massage and my teeth need a really good chew (and I find that I subconsciously avoid chewing on my back teeth because they do hurt, which does not help the situation.) I had been chewing on a solid plastic toothbrush handle to help relieve the pressure, but there was no give to the material and I was concerned about ingesting the resulting flakes of plastic. Chewing gum gave no substantive relief. The line about "aggressive biting habits" on the Amazon product tab caught my eye, and the reviews looked favorable, so I decided to order the Chewy Stixx Oral Tubes Tough Bar. I am pleased with this product. It is soft enough that I can bite slowly to a full pressure without triggering my back teeth, and it is tough and thick so that there is resistance throughout a decent range of motion. This provides a very satisfying, deep, hard bite that helps relieve the tension in my teeth and jaw muscles, in a way that I cannot do with the plastic handle I was using before. I now regularly use it as a stress relief. It is also convenient and comfortable to use as a prop for massaging my gums (People do not look kindly upon people putting their fingers down their mouth in public.) Mine came in an attractive blue color. I was slightly surprised at the size and thickness of the product, which measures 4.5" by 7/8" by a chewing-side thickness of 1/2". It has indented only faintly from incisor and canine teeth bites, but otherwise seems very durable. It is probably no replacement for oral surgery in the long run, but it's helping me manage in the meantime.

This is a really nice chew bar, it's quite large, about the size of a mars bar, and it's super rugged and squeaky.

Good product, my child stopped chewing on it after a few months

I got this for my autistic son who has mouthing behaviors. He did chew through several such chew tubes and that what made me look for some aggressive types. This is really tough and he took a while to prime. I am glad that he was not able to break through this one. I would have loved for the circumference to be a bit smaller as it fills up his mouth. He accepts it when handed but does not keep it longer. I would sure recommend this for someone looking forward to the tougher ones for durability. Alternatively if you have sore teeth the stubbed end is a soother. Just days ago I saw this in our dentist office and my son accepted it happily during observation as we had the same one home for months! Yay, that just says more about it.

My daughter cannot stay without it. It pacifies her. The material is very durable. I am very happy with this product. 😊
