Excellent value for money. Perfectly made and decorated.

My daughter requested the Nicola Spring Porcelain Tea/Coffee/Sugar Canisters -Set of three for her birthday. Unfortunately, one canister was broken on arrival but the company replaced it immediately. What a great service. My daughter is very pleased with canisters and I must say they look very nice. What a wonderful company.

These are beautiful, delicate and excellent value for money. My only gripe would be the packaging they are delivered in. Of the three, two were damaged during transit due to inadequate and cheap packaging. However, the company were brilliant and replaced them with no quibble. The packaging for the second delivery didn't seem too secure either, but no breakages this time.

I bought three (one of each colour) and they have brightened and tidied up my kitchen tea shelf nicely, now labelled Decaf, Rooibos, and A Proper Brew, each one big enough, just, for a pack of 80 teabags. The tightness of the seal varies from one to the next, but I don't mind that. I also note others' comments about the finish of the pattern print - that it is a little regular in places, but not enough to suggest handmade. You can see some of that irregularity in the picture (seen as vertical stripes). There are also some slightly faded patches. Personally, I don't mind, and think it even gives it a bit more interest. I was just pleased to find some containers for tea which weren't either see-through or already labelled 'tea', since tea means a lot more to me than simply 'tea'.I also have to note the exceptional customer service from the merchant. On arrival, one of the containers was slightly malformed - so that the lid wouldn't fit. I rang, spoke to someone immediately, and had a replacement first thing the next day,.

Arrived smashed to bits

The print on these items is poor. I understand they are hand printed but there has been a lack of attention and this is reflected in the product produced. I feel like my 8 year old niece could have done better. The seller said it is not a flaw. I’ve other hand printed items and they are a much higher standard . Poor value for money!

EDIT: After my initial review of this product, the seller so kindly replaced my pots with the issues resolved. The print (which I love!) basically perfect and the lids all fit much better! Thank you so much! I will definitely be buying more in the future.Previous review: I like the patterns very much. They’re also much bigger than I expected, which I suppose is better than them being too small? But they’re definitely much bigger than the regular-sized pots you’d put you’re tea/coffee/sugar in! I’m quite disappointed that no matter how I position the lids, two of the pot lids will not fit in place. The one that does fit in place takes quite a lot of force to remove. As you can see from the pictures, the printing also wasn’t perfect but I suppose that’s what you should expect from the price.
