Whey Protein Isolate Chocolate 5Kg

For the price its a good product. Better than a lot out there. I'm on my 4th tub . Not the greatest taste but add a dash of honey and good to go. Vanilla is nicer than chocolate in my opinion.

Doesn't seem like an isolate to me, it says it's low in lactose but it gives me gass like a whey concentrate. Giving it two stars because it is excellent value for money if you aren't lactose intolerant. The flavour is bland and you can taste the pea in it but I wasn't expecting a great tasting product at this price point.

First off, I'm going to say: the bucket, when opened, smells like dog food. Thankfully, the protein doesn't taste like it. This is not the best protein powder I've had nor is it the worst. Decent taste, but has issues with mixing in water and there's always a bit of residue left. Overall, if you don't mind the smell, it's great value for money. Will be buying again.

Excellent. I was concerned about the taste of this product after reading several rather scathing reviews, but having since been able to order and taste it myself I have to say it is fine. I've had a lot of different protein brands and flavors over the years and this tastes fine, I've had much, much, much worse. The flavor is very mild, and this is, in my opinion, the sign of a good protein. It isn't loaded with tons of artificial flavors that can make you feel fuller, bloated, sick etc. It has a very mild and light chocolate flavor that makes consumption easier while simultaneously allowing you to retain an appetite and consume meals as well. This for me is the whole purpose in purchasing a Whey Isolate instead of a cheaper concentrate. The budget concentrates/Isolate blends tend to be over flavored and they can make you feel exceptionally full and bloated Verdict: Quality = Top notch Isolate. 85grams protein per 100grams of product. Price = Best value Flavor/taste.... = Good. Does it taste like dessert? No. Is it drinkable on a daily basis? Absolutely.

I got this because it is literally half the price of my usual bulk powder whey iso 5k it doesn’t taste quite as nice per two servings it has an extra 5 g of sugar which I can’t really account comes from where looking at the ingredients doesn’t mix quite as well a little bit gritty but for the price and I literally drink my protein in about 3 1/2 seconds then it does exactly what it says on the big tub if you’re somebody that enjoys mixing it with yoghurt or putting it into other things then I’m sure it will be fine because other things can maybe hide its flavour but for the money it’s really a bargain if you’re on a budget

I’m sorry nutrisport but this is not an acceptable protein powder! Grainy residue almost like sand.powdery aftertaste. Non existent after sales. Avoid this one guys,I’ve tasted countless protein powders over the last 2 decades but this is the worst Ive had.

This is probably one of the best protein powders I've bought in a long time. I normally buy from MyProtein, which are very good, but decided to give this a go as I was looking to try something different and had some Amazon credit to use up. At around 20/21g protein per 25g scoop, it looked like very good numbers for a protein powder and glad I gave it a go. When it comes to flavour, I don't think you can go far wrong if you stick with Chocolate and this is true here. I find the flavour just fine, better obviously with milk but perfectly fine with water too. Mixability is absolutely fine with my shaker bottle and I have yet to encounter any lumps. All the naysayers must be doing something wrong! Quite rare that you get 5kg of protein in anything other than a bag at this price, but the tub is certainly great to see and something you can re-use later on if you decide to get some protein in a bag.

Good quality protein. I got chocolate flavour. It does not taste as good as some others (although tastes perfectly acceptable and a bit better taste than the 90 plus version) but that is because the others are full of sugar of one type or another. This one has low carbs and sugar so it won't give you a fat gut like a lot of the other muscle gainers. Some other muscle gainers contain about 60g carbs per serving which is same as 12 spoons of sugar. You can get your carbs from your normal diet and use this to make up the protein. My only quibble is that it does not contain any creatine but I suppose you can add that separately if you want it.
