so for anxiety works within maybe 20 mins and last eons. also helps u get a real good sleep. it don't help u get to sleep be clear on that, but once u are seems give u a real good one too, nice. so it says one/daily; have tried up to 3 at times, no side effects, more don't seem add anything neither. the different brands don't seem make any difference one way or another. nice product

I had to stop taking these lol
So, yeah... When I heard about L-Theanine, I was intrigued. Very interested.The first time I took them, I felt much more focused, spent the evening listening to an audiobook and felt I was paying more attention than usual. I do wonder how much of that was just the placebo effect though.Anyway, I added them to my daily rotation of supplements.After a few months, I thought I had cancer, because I was just tired ALL the time. I'd sleep 8 hours and be exhausted. I'd sleep 12 hours and be exhausted. I'd sleep 15 hours... Wake up, have breakfast and go back to sleep to sleep another 15 hours. I thought I was literally doomed. Just sleeping 30 hours, waking up for 2 hours, then back to sleep for another 24 hours.I looked up and saw that studies with this only went as far as 2 months or something and some people reported fatigue.I was taking them daily for 7 months....So I stopped.... And the Fatigue stopped....... and now I'm able to actually live again. I'm able to be awake for a whole day.I tried to have one, with the intention of one a week and it still messed me up.These just aren't for me. Not really sure what the deal is with these things.So yeah, personally, for me..... After those first couple of weeks, this stuff is getting 2-star.Unless you just want to sleep all the time. I can't recommend these.

A bit slow to work.
I've been taking these for a month or so now and to be honest I didn't think they were doing much for me. Although they don't do much for me in helping me relax, this last week I have noticed I'm not quite as snappy as i used to be and seem to coping better with my anxiety.I've also noticed that since taking these the side effects from the anti depressants i take are nowhere near as bad. As I said they do take time to work but that could just be me, over all if things keep going the way they are I'll be more than happy to keep taking these. As always the service from incite has been first class, I get all my supplements from them and have always found them great value for money.

-anti stress +more sleep 10/10 reccomend
I absolutely love these !!!Recently with all my training and work catching up to me I have been getting stressed over the smallest of things, which is just not healthy for you at all. I have been trying to find ways to lower my stress levels, I have tried baths, drinking more water, tried different types of hot drinks(teas), all sorts.After about a week and a half to two weeks of taking these I am finally sleeping full nights again without waking up at midnight and having to worry about getting back to sleep. At around 10 I am starting to feel sleep and actually want to go to bed.It might not sound like a big deal to many however I really have been suffering from late nights, lack of sleep and of course this has been reducing my daily energy and making me a much more grim type of person.I cannot express why you should buy these enough if you are having trouble sleeping or with stress but i plead that you give them a try.

Using for benzo tapering
Using this supplement while tapering off Xanax is proving to be a real life saver. Still have issues with insomnia, but this stops anxiety and panic attacks right in its tracks. Not by binding to and destroying the GABA receptors like benzo's do. But by blocking Glutamate transporters, preventing the neurons from being over taken by Glutamate and depleting natural GABA levels.If you've never even taken a benzo before and are considering going to your doctors for anxiety. DON'T. Benzo's are very damaging, whether prescribed or not and are by far the worst class of poison ever developed as far as withdrawal is concerned. Just take L-Theanine instead. Your brain will thank you for it, even in the long run.

Helped with pregabalin (Lyrica) withdrawal
Had a bit of a read about supplements that increase GABA in the brain as I had been on Pregabalin for a slipped disc for a couple of years and was at the point of needing to up the dose to stop the anxiety and constant withdrawal feeling, not for pain.Took L-Theanine 400mg for a week instead of the Pregabalin and haven't had axiety, panic or the foul mood swings the drugs caused as they wore offid day. Had only been taking 75mg Lyrica a day for last few months but it's still not nice stuff to quit, and I'm an ex smoker. L Theanine is a more natural way for me to get off the prescription meds and seem to be helping massively.
