ESSDEEPremium Quality Block Printing Ink (Black 100 ml)

Great ink.I've tried a few and this is my current favourite.It lasts ages, I only need a small amount per print, and it's easy to control how much comes out of the tube.It's a nice rich black, and gives good coverages and sharp prints. It dries fairly quickly.I think it's good value for money, and find it very straightforward to use.Happy to recommend.Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.

This block printing ink is very good quality and it is easy to apply to the Lino blocks.

Was a bit worried having read some of the reviews but was really pleasantly surprised. I am a beginner but it stayed sticky way long enough for me to get my prints done and it spreads out great. package was a bit squished but the ink hadn't popped. Would totally recommend for a beginner and it cleans off really easy.

I was looking for a bronze colour that had good full coverage and gave a definite metallic sheen and was also good value for money. Sadly this one didn’t quite hit the mark. It needed a lot of ink for full coverage and this doesn’t give a neat, even look to the print. It also wasn’t particularly as shimmery or metallic looking as I wanted.On the plus side, it is cheaper and it arrived quickly and in good condition and depending on your art technique, it might be just fine for other things… just maybe not block printing.

The paint is water based and easy to use.

Pefect for a Textiles printing project and workshops I delivered to community groups. A perfect jet black and good consistency, Used this with wooden printing blocks and also for another project which involved using polystyrene tiles and it was perfect for all age groups

The viridian isn't the colour on the box (not as dark/blue), it's more just a classic green. The ink also doesn't seem to apply a very consistent colour, somewhat blotchy (used with Essdee SoftCut).

Good ink, adheres and transfers well, decent water based printing ink, good value
