KOSY KOALA VERSAILLES GLOSSY VANILLA DAYBED WITH UNDER BED TRUNDLE 3FT SINGLE DAY BED FRAME

I am super impressed with this bed. It was ordered for my child to have friends on sleepovers and certainly solves that problem. I was impressed from the accurate product description and speed and ease of delivery. The bed was delivered in about 3-4 individual boxes making it easy to carry up the 3 flights of stairs in my town house on my own. The item was packaged very well leaving no damage from dispatch and delivery. The instructions looked a bit daunting at first, but everything down to the last nail & bolt was labelled clearly, and I also found it very useful to have the allen key included in the kit aswell. It was very straightforward to assemble this bed and trundle, so much so my 13 year old step son was kept quiet and busy for about 2 hours building this bed on his own! It would have been quicker for an adult to do it, but it proved to me at how easy and straightforward it is to construct this item. The bed and trundle make a lovely addition to a bedroom and the difference it has made at having an extra bed available just by sliding the trundle out is well worth the price i paid. I was a bit dubious about how reasonable the price of the bed and trundle was and thought the quality of this item may of been compromised, but this was definately NOT the case. It is a sturdy well made item and doesn't look cheap. In fact it bears an uncanny resemblence of more expensive day beds i had been looking for online.All in all, if you want good value for money, very fast delivery and a bed that will look good in any bedroom, then order this item....you won't be dissappointed!!

This arrived quickly and well-packaged in 4 parcels. It was quite easy to put together and I did it on my own (I won't see 60 again...) in an afternoon. There were a couple of small bits missing (not crucial to the safety, just locators for the wooden slats) and when I contacted the sellers, they sent me some straight away. The trundle part is very simple and rolls easily out from under when you need it, but the mattress I bought with it (as part of an offer) turned out to be very very thick so it wouldn't fit underneath and it has to go on the top; since I already had another mattress to spare and had ear-marked my own for the top level, this was a bit irritating, but no big deal since it won't be me sleeping on it anyway. I was a teeny bit disappointed in the paint finish - it's as if they skimped and only did two layers when they should have done three, and it's more like white rather than vanilla. Also there were one or two sharp bits of metal again where the finishing was maybe not quite up to the mark, but a file soon sorted that out. All in all though it was great value, and it looks lovely.

I love this bed. I did my research and decided to purchase this bed for my spare room. This was the one with the best reviews and best price.It arrived in 4 boxes, all of which I was able to carry up three flights of stairs on my own.Took me and my boyfriend about an hour to put together and the bed is lovely. Solid, well made and easy to put together. The boxes smelt slightly as mentioned in other reviews but to me it was just a smell of boxes that had been in storage, nothing sinister and I don't think that matters as you get rid of the boxes anyway?! I have also seen people mention the finish of the paint, mine is fine and perfectly adequate for the price paid.Overall I think this bed is excellent value for money and very much worth buying if you have a small space but would like the flexibility of two beds. My daughter absolutely loves it and calls it her princess bed so it gets a big thumbs up from me.

It was really easy to assemble. It took about 30 minutes. You really need two people though, at least I did. One to hold the nuts with the pliers and the other to tighten them.Once assembled it looks beautiful.Contact with the seller also proved to be good. I was curious about the size of the mattress you could have when on top of the trundle but under the bed. He advised six and a half inches but I managed to get away with 8 inches.Its very sturdy and my son loves it. He's a 16 year old and nearly 6ft but he says he has bags of room.The only problem is the trundle. It moves when using it to make a double bed. I read the Q & A part before I bought it and noticed quite a few said you don't get that problem if you turn it around.I don't know if thats true or not but it's not something I can do as the bedroom is too small to turn the trundle around for sleeping. Lack of space was one of the reasons I bought it for.A single day bed during the day which can turn into a double at night. It means my floor can be hoovered which is always a good thing.

Really good product we bought the day bed and trundle for my 5yr old bedroom.Amazing quality there was nothing to fault about the products and parts received except a few dents in the trundle framework which are visible but nothing major.To fix both the trundle and day bed it took 3hurs to complete by me and my husband.Deali g with a 5yr old and 1.10month child in the process.The Manual is not clearly but we had all the components to put the bed together.Looked beautifulAnyone wanting to know I got the mattresses from Argos.15cm thickness single bed size mattress for both the trundle and daybed.You could get a thicker mattress for the day bed.We bought the silent night single mattresses ideal for bunk beds and kids.The trundle easily slides under the bed and comes out and locks in place.when together with the daybed it's bigger than a double bed.Very good priceVery good service as ordered Saturday delivered Tuesday.Amazing.

Worse bed ever to put together don't put it together the way the instructions tell you too...the holes arent in the right places or nothing but once it was put together lovely wee bed and sturdy enough just a hassle to put together.
