does it leave floors very wet

I have this & mine doesn't - ever so slightly damp & dry within a couple of mins!! I love mine it does so much more than floors - I could rave on & on about this - has really cut down my cleaning time & no chemicals needed !!

can you use tap water?

I use tap water that has been filtered through my Brita water jug. I've had my mop 3years without any problems.

Can you get replacement at Al times when required

Not sure what you mean, but if its floor cloths, you can get more you calling the MR helpline. I have washed mine in the washing machine and they come up fine. Dave

Is it any good against mildew, or black fungus (the stuff that builds up on walls when your lazy lodger doesn't air his room out for nearly a year)

I used it to clear a bit of mildew up but I did did spray it with a mildew remover first (or use some bleach!) then I left it for a few minutes before use the MR machine which did a very good job of cleaning the residue away afterwards! The mildew hasn't returned since I did this! Hope this helps.
