This is my staple food for my malawi cichlids and has kept them in great condition for 5 years now. I use the mini size because I have a variety of sizes in my tank, these are small enough for fish down to about an inch in size to eat.

This is the best malawi cichlids food on the planet. I have tried and tested most other brands and nothing compares to Hikari which I have been using for the last 30 years because it keeps my fish healthy and disease free. It also keeps water crystal clear.

I am on my third bag of these pellets now and highly recommend them. In my Tropical set up I have two Severums approximately 6 inches long and two Synodontis (upside down) catfish again approximately 6 inches long. They all love these pellets and there is never any waste/leftovers. I use the min size as the medium are too large.

Food love it but STINKS!
My fish love it, but every time I feed it my room stinks after it. This does not happen with any other food I use, just this one. Not sure why!
