Bobs Red Mill One for One Gluten Free Baking Flour 500 g (Pack of 2)

This really is one of the best GF flours on the market but the package I received is very short-dated. Ordered Nov-21 and the best before date is Feb-22. This is not good enough Amazon and should be clearly stated on the product description.

Great sponge cake

I only received one pack though it says 2 are included. There is no one to contact at Amazon to raise the issue. Only options available are to request to return the goods which is not applicable. Very disappointing for a pricey flour well need for my child with Celiac

My wife has been gluten free for over 10 years and we have found Bob’s gluten free products by far the best for consistent quality. We especially prefer Bob’s Red Mill one for one gluten free Baking Flour.

Easy to work with and bake with. I really like using this when baking for a family member who has Celiac disease. It is a product I will use again and again.

I disliked the price as gluten free flours are far more expensive than wheat,but this flour is very good which is why I use it.
