It’s a humectant cream, best used when skin is still moist, to seal the moisture in. So when going to wear makeup just be sure to let it absorb fully. Can streak if still moist, especially mineral powders. If in a rush I just pat dry slightly before. Great product.

I have found this to be very good. I follow application by the water gel moisturiser and it works for me. I have oily/breakout prone skin and this does not make it worse!
