RECAPS Refillable Reusable Coffee Pods Compatible with Dolce Gusto Brewers 6 Pack (Yellow Green White)

Got these after accidently ordering some nespresso pods and not wanting to waste them, decided ripping them open and popping them in to thsee would be the best way to salvage them.So far one pod has done over 50 cups and still going perfect. Used several different coffee's, one as a regular grind and the rest as espresso.Every time I've used these with the espresso I get a nice slow stream coming from the pod, and a nice rich crema.Using standard grounds I get less of a crema but still fantastic coffee.Easy to fill and very easy to clean. Just make sure if your machine has a removable tray you mark the center for the hole in the pod so alignment is easy. A permanent marker or making a mark with a small knife works well.I've seen mixed reviews on other pods so was weary due to the cost, but overall I'm very very happy with these, especially in using my own coffee in my machine and the quality I get back.

After only a few uses the tiny opening tab broke off. Then another became stuck in my machine because the flimsy lid twisted, and had to be prised out. Those are much too flimsy to be of any use, and they are now in the bin after just a few days.

Great idea, works quite well. You have to get the right coffee grind level. Espresso is too fine, and the water does not flow through quickly enough. Would think a filter grind would be better. The only problem to be aware of, is the small plastic filter pads in the capsules can easily be lost as they are not fixed and can be thrown away with the used coffee grounds accidentally. Other than that, save yourself a fortune, reduce the amount of plastic waste and have a bigger choice of coffee.

Fairly easy to use, and clean. However, even though we use our own aribica coffee, we cannot get a decent sized cup of coffee.

I have been using these for a few weeks now and I like them very much. They seem very sturdy and look likely to last for more than the stated 200 fills.They are easy to fill and, very important, easy to wash out under the tap without even using a brush. I have a Jovia machine and I find it quite simple to line up the hole with the middle of the holder. Some people have difficulty removing the capsule - my machine has a hole in the bottom of the capsule holder so you can push the pod with your fingernail to get it out. I also have a Nespresso Inissia with reusable capsules but the Dolce Gusto capsules look likely to outlast them.When you buy reusable capsules, you want to save money and have more choice but, most of all, you want great-tasting coffee, and to do that you need at least 8g of coffee, maybe as much as 10g with some coffees.. The advantage of Dolce Gusto over Nespresso is that the capsules are much larger - you can get 8g into a Dolce Gusto capsule easily but you will struggle to get 5g into a Nespresso one so it tastes watery.I have experimented with these Dolce Gusto capsules and find that, with Lavazza Espresso, for example, you need about 8g. If you do not have scales that are accurate enough, fill the capsule to about 1/4in (6mm) from the top, tamp down lightly just till the surface is even. That is for a 40g espresso drunk with milk in a smallish (180ml) cup. The capsules are large enough for some experimentation in the 8 to 10g range. The coffee will be bitter if you use too much or tamp it too aggressively.Just one criticism. Why are the capsules such bilious colours?

Pretty much useless with our Krups Mini Me. Have tried it both with coffee and instant hot chocolate. Machine is pumping fine and pouring the water through it (so no technical failure here), but coffee taste is so-so (no comparison with genuine one) and the instant hot chocolate mostly stays in the capsule. We actually bought these capsules mostly for the hot chocolate for kids, so no luck.It is probably OK to use when one is desperate for a coffee and the only option is this RECAPS capsule, otherwise it is better to stick with the original one. Nice idea but hardly usable implementation. Sad.

do not waste your money on this, doesnt do the job, sprays the liquid on all direction, and after using you will see 90% of your powder is still in the recaps and the water just drilled a hole, no matter if you squeezed the powder really tight, same and same again

These re-useable pods do the job. I do still buy pods occasionally because I do miss the crema that you get with them, but overall for daily coffee these are fine and easy to use. Well worth investing to save both excess waste and money.

Ils sont juste parfaits!! Vous voulez un bon café long ou court avec de le mousse bien serré et de qualité. Tout y est. Les capsules sont solides et en même temps très faciles à ouvrir et fermer. Choisir un café à Spécial Expresso ou Moka. Moulu très très fin. à l'italienne. 2 à 3 cuillères selon votre goût. La cuillère doseuse est incluse. Bien tasser. Mettre un petit trait au feutre indélébile pour faciliter le positionnement en face du trou Perso, je me suis servie d'une capsule jetable déjà trouée pour repère. Fermez. Et appuyer sur le bouton. C'est juste magique. La mousse, l'odeur et le goût! Ecolo et pour ma part Bio. Enfin les 2 ! Perso je prends du bio finement moulu ou à l'italienne, moka ou autre café moulu spécial expresso. Et je me régale! Très facile à nettoyer. Le petit pinceau fourni est top aussi. J'ai du me faire déjà 30 cafés depuis mon achat avec 1 seule capsule sur les 6 livrées et elle est toujours nickel. Comme neuve. Vraiment je suis ravie. Je fais des économies, c'est meilleur pour ma santé et je ne pollue pas la planète avec une dosette jetable. Que demander de plus! Rien ! tout y est!

Die Kapseln sind wirklich top, wenn man diese auch richtig handhabt!Hab die schon Monate lang täglich im Einsatz. Werden nur manchmal aus Versehen mit anderen Standard-Kapseln weggeschmissen :-)Ich benutze 2 gestrichene Dosierlöffel mit Kaffee von einer bekannten Marke (wird oft in Kaffees und Bäckereien angeboten) für einen Pott. Damit ist der Kaffee wirklich sehr kräftig und gut. Das Pulver hat den perfekten Mahlgrad, und muss in der Kapsel getampt werden. Mit kleinen Tassen würd ich gar nicht erst anfangen, da die Füllung mit zu wenig Pulver nicht stabiel genug ist. Das wird zu leicht aufgewirbelt. Der Trester soll ja fest bleiben.Es gibt einiges zu beachten!Zur Nutzung beim Zubereiten:- Die Bohrung im Deckel muss beim Einlegen in den Kapselhalter nach vorne ausgerichtet werden.- Ob man den Kaffee in der Kapsel stampft (Tamp) oder nicht liegt am Mahlgrad. Groben Kaffee auf jeden Fall, aber je feiener desto weniger! Den oben genanten Kaffee tamp ich immer leicht. Sehr feinen Kaffee nicht zu fest, sonst könnte sich die Pumpe oder eine Dichtung der Maschiene verabschieden!!- Bereiten Sie, wie schon gesagt, am Besten gleich einen Pott, da der Trester für eine kleine Tasse (1 Messlöffel) viel zu dünn ist.- Die Entriegelung an der Maschine nach der Zubereitung langsam öffen, damit eventueller Überdruck langsam entweichen kann.- Wer einen Crema erwartet, muss natürlich auch Crema-Bohnen verwenden, und keinen normalen Kaffee!Reinigung:- Den Inhalt der Kapsel (Trester) in den Biomül oder Kompost.- Den Sieb kann man (sollte man finde ich auch auf jeden Fall) von unten rausdrücken. Gammelt sonst irgendwann zwischen Sieb und Kapsel.- Die Kapsel kann nun einfach, wenn nach dem Kochen eh was mit der Hand gespült werden muss, einfach mit einer Spülbürste oder dem kleinen mitgelieferten Pinsel restlos gereinigt werden.- Im Deckel ist eine kleine, dünne Silikon-Dichtung außen herum. - Darauf aufpassen, das diese beim Reinigen nicht verloren geht- Für die Spülmaschine sind die Kapseln eher ungeeignet. Die werden da drin nicht richtig sauber. Zu viele Rillen und Kanten!Noch was:Für die Leute, bei denen das nicht auf Anhieb perfekt funktioniert. Ja, da muss man halt ein wenig mit seiner Marke etwas rumprobieren, oder mal eine andere Sorte ausprobieren! Ist der Kaffee zu wässrig ist der Mahlgrad ihrer Sorte wahrscheinlich zu grob. Hatte da auch erst meine Probleme! :-) Aus diesem Grund habe ich hier auch versucht die Kapseln so genau wie möglich zu beschreiben. Ich finde das eine gute Sache mit den wieder verwendbaren Kapseln, da hier ein riesiger Sonedermüllhaufen vermieden werden kann. Zu dem ist das sehr kostengünstig.Die ganzen Tips sind meine eigenen Erfahrungen, und sind in der Bedienungsanleitung, außer das Tampen, nicht beschrieben.Das Ergebnis ist natürlch trotzdem Geschmacksache! Dem eine schmeckts, dem anderen nicht. Ein Versuch wars mir Wert, und mir schmeckts! Hoffe, die wird noch weiter entwickelt! Ich hätte auch schon ein paar Ideen dazu. Die muss ich mal ausprobieren (3D-Drucken), und eventuell bei Recaps mal anbringen. ;-)

Ottimo prodotto, nulla da dire. Giunge in due eleganti scatoline di cartone, probabilmente riciclato,e con un aspetto molto serio e professionale. Ogni scatola è dotata di 3 capsule ricaricabili, uno spazzolino per la pulizia ed un misurino. La plastica di cui sono fatte le cialde sembra ottima, le ho già utilizzate decine di volte e non noto cedimenti, imbarcature o segni di particolare entità che ne pregiudichino il corretto funzionamento. Non ho notato odori strani nemmeno al primo utilizzo. Necessitano di un'adeguata pulizia e lo spazzolino di cui si viene forniti è ottimo per farlo. Il caffè va macinato fino ma non eccessivamente, se comprate le buste già macinate avete già a disposizione la macinata ottimale. All'inizio non è così facile apprendere la giusta dose di caffè e pressione da esercitare per ottenere un buon espresso. Serve un po' di pratica, nel mio caso 2 misurini abbondanti e leggermente pressati regalano un caffè cremoso e non troppo liquido, richiamando comunque alla mente la consistenza più acquosa del caffè in moka piuttosto che quello delle classiche cialde. Collocare la cialda nella giusta posizione non è difficile tanto che in ogni caso se mettete il foro in una posizione sbagliata vi sarà difficile chiudere lo scomparto della macchinetta perciò non abbiate timori a riguardo. Nel complesso 5 stelle meritate a pieno e senza "ma". Lo reputo un prodotto duraturo e adeguato, con le dovute cure scommetto che potrà durare ben oltre i 200 utilizzi sponsorizzati.

La cream de la cream esto es un inventazo, mi cafetera ha pasado del armario y del segunda mano a primera linea, llevo mas de un mes de uso y es perfecto sale una crema brutal con cafe mezcla, pero con el torrefacto es increible.Las capsulas perfectas, se limpian con cuidado y listo, tiene un filtro que cuando se sale se lava bien y se coloca con normalidad. No valen para molienda muy fina, tiene que ser molienda normal.El cafe sale mejor que con cafeteras expresso de 15 bares, ya que la de dolce, te da hasta 19.Recomiendo la compra, merece la pena.

Excellent produit sur les premieres utilisiations, attention a ne pas trop remplir la capsule de café, ni à trop le tasserLe nettoyage est assez facileA voir sur le long terme, mais quel plaisir d'utiliser du café fraichement moulu
