I have had been take Maca for a long time started at 240mg and gradually incresce the dose to 500mg ,Lindens is a very good product and works I highly recomend it

Been taking these maca root tablets for a while and, to be honest, I haven’t noticed any difference, which is a shame. On the plus side, they’re easy to take and no issues swallowing them.

I have been taking these for one week and have just ordered the probiotics from the same company. It's too early to tell if they work as taking them for hormonal problems. However, the recommended dose seems low compared to some other suppliers of maca so I contacted Lindens, asking if I could take more than one tablet a day, via their website and again on Amazon but am annoyed that they haven't responded, so basically I recommend their products so long as you don't need to ask them any questions You'll be fine, hence 4 stars. Customer service rubbish!

Did absolutely nothing. Need a testosterone which I now have don’t waste your money get free prescription natural HRT and TRT instead

This review is actually my husbands opinion of the Maca tablets, and the five star rating is based on his thoughts about them. He originally bought some from a high street store, at double the price, as he had read they can help perimenopausal symptoms. When I had run out of the ones he bought me I searched for another supplier, that were not so expensive. I have now been taking Maca for a couple of months, and if I am being honest, I do not feel any different. My husband, however, thinks that my mood swings have almost disappeared and he is definitely putting it down to these tablets. I will be ordering more of them, perhaps over a little more time I will feel or see the improvement my husband does.

Used to help reduce monthly pms symptoms. They work! Great value for money, easy to swallow.
