Chatsworth 200g Super Patch Grass Seed

Didn't go very far. And not much growth even with regular waterinh disappointed! Got better results last year From 99p shop

It is easy to overlook when ordering that this 200g pack in fact only contains 20g of seed. This is very little seed that won't be sufficient for more than a very small patch, so poor value and I have to say packaging it like this is really misleading. Poor choice

Only bought the small pack for couple of bald patches. However, I was concerned that there appeared to be a substantial amount of brown powder (presume growing medium) and not many grass seeds. I have planted it, watered it and then it has rained on it so can only wait now to see if anything grows. Perhaps more to come!

Don't think the amount supplied will cover the area claimed in the description on line will be rather sparse after seeding the ground on the amounts recommend on the packet will have to go over area again I suspect

Good quality

I only needed a small amount of seed for a couple of small patches so thought this was ideal size, however it is mostly filler, hardly any seeds at all. It was not clear from the ad that this was not 100% seed. Waste of money.

Did the job perfectly to cover a small patch, sowed in the autumn, germinated straight away

Not sure whether this was just a dud batch but the lack of results speaks for itself.Could accept slow delivery considering the lock-down but really disappointed in the product. The patch I was hoping to seed was quite small so plenty of seeds for the required task. Followed the instructions to the letter but...nothing. The weeds grew faster than any grass blades.Have since purchased seeds from a garden centre and results visible within a week.
