Blueberry Bluecrop Fruit Bush Reliable and Heavy cropping mid Season Variety with Large Fruit Ideal for Patio and containers Grown in 9cm Square Pot

I ordered three different varieties of Blueberry plants from this company, Bluecrop, Patriot and Chandler. I have given five stars for the delivery and packing which was excellent. However, while Bluecrop and Patriot were strong healthy young plants, Chandler was obviously an older plant with a sparse central stem and a couple of rather bare side branches. These were accompanied by a number of broken young side shoots that would have developed and made Chandler a promising plant? The torn shoots were very dry exhibiting no sap, the developing leaves wilted and curled up, the damage obviouslyoccurred before packing! Now Bluecrop and Patriot are growing well both developing flowers, very pleasing. Chandler is struggling and disappointing, with a great deal of catching up to do, if it survives at all!

I bought this blueberry plant just under a month ago and when it came I was actually shocked with what I received. It was small and just a few bare twigs no leaves. I'm growing other fruits and done some research into how to look after them especially just now with it being winter. Blueberry plants can survive harsh weather but I've kept my little guy indoors just now until probably the end of February he can venture outside! When I received it I kept it in the original pot for a few days then transferred it into this bigger pot as in the picture and with some crushed egg shells to keep the ph balanced for this type of plant. So far from how he arrived to now I'm impressed, think I may get some blueberries this year but not alot but I can't wait to see how it looks this time next year. I'd say it was worth a buy.

Ordered two. Both arrived well packaged but took longer than expected. Planted both. One does have a small number of berries on it, the other none and none are ripe. My daughter and grandkids liked the idea of fresh blueberries so ordered exactly the same one except a couple of weeks later. Theirs was double the size of mine and more stalks. Theres is producing berries, large, plump and flavorful. So if you get one like my two you may not get berries this year and it may be small or you may get one like theirs large and producing berries. They used link I sent them and I planted theirs in the same way I planted mine. Just luck of the draw. Mine - 3 stars, theirs 5.

I already have a self fertilising blueberry bush but it didn't fruit well last year and I later read that even the self fertilising varieties benefit from being placed close to a different type. I bought this one and, though it took a long time to arrive during the current lockdown, it was worth the wait. It was very well packaged and already has lots of leaves. I planted it in ericanaceous compost two days ago and it looks great.

Really wished the cutting had a few more branches and leaves. Put it in 2 week ago and not sure it'll survive end of spring, not to say its not got roots but they were beginning to rot day it arrived and i planted it as advised. No show of life yet but fingers crossed. Low rating due to the fact iv been given stuff much better than this for free at garden centers cause they don't feel comfortable charging ppl for a wand. Shall not make that mistake again and be returning to my garden center feel done put by alot of vendors on amazon now due couriers breaking various products or being sent in products that wer unacceptable to go out in the first place

It's not easy to give a mark to the "product". But I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the plant. It's a young shrub about 30 cms tall with already several branchs and sturdy roots. Also it is put in a rather big pot. Then we can wait before putting it in a bigger pot (or directly in the garden).Also, I was very happy with the parcel. They used paper to wrap the plant and it is well protected in the parcel. Also I appreciate the short transit time. It took only one day for the plant to arrive after beeing packed. It prevents the plant to suffer during its journey.I would recommend Country Climbers & garden favourit.

Great value. Healthy plant. Looking forward to eat them next year.
