Actually works!
When an internal coaxial cable failed to our kitchen diner TV, we had no signal. Being hidden wiring, it couldn’t be readily fixed without inviting major hassle.I hadn’t used an inside TV aerial for many years and my recollection of them was ugly and inefficient devices with poor, snow like reception quality, so I was a bit dubious of the market and like you, probably read many disappointing reviews. However I can say that this product works very well and is ‘simples’ to install. It's essentially a wafer thin circle with a coaxial cable attached to integrated aerial wiring. Its omnidirectional too which helps with positioning choice. I opted for clipping it to a bracket cover on the wall as our TV is on a cantilever hinge. The bracket cover does move and if you disturb the position of the aerial after tuning it in, you may have to retune it but that is the same for any internal aerial. When I bought the aerial, I added a powered signal booster to my order as a contingency but I didn’t even take it out of the box as the unaided aerial was perfectly capable on its own. This has been returned for a refund which I’m currently awaiting. The aerial works well, looks modern, unconventional and represents excellent value for money.

Impressive ariel.
I live along the north cost where tv reception is poor especially with an indoor ariel. Though we have an outdoor ariel it gets hit by severe gales far too often and is constantly needing repair so we have a need for an indoor ariel too. Having tried so many indoor ariels that where absolutly useless we had almost given up but after reading the reviews here we decided to give it one last try with this ariel. Have to say we are very impressed. We can recieve almost all channels except the HD ones with around 30-40% signal strength. Occasioanly the signal drops and some channels dont work but i think thats due to weather etc. All in all a very good aerial. We have now ordered the booster in the hope it will stabalise the signal and maybe get us the few channels we are missing.

Keeps dropping
I really love how sleek this is and does the job perfectly, and you can hide it behind your tv. I've got my tv currently hung up on the wall so just chuck the aerial behind it. The sticky tabs aren't that sticky if you keep adjusting the aerial but atleast there's a couple with the pack.

It’s OK
This is OK but a little sensitive- you just get the right spot and that’s great but knock it slightly and you’ll have to fiddle again. Does a pretty good job, it’s not perfect but ok for the money.

Does the job nicely
A decent enough aerial that does the job. I have a very good TV reception in my area so this aerial had no issues scanning and finding all the channels. People giving bad reviews and sending an item like this back have to understand that it's highly unlikely anything to do with the product itself, but more likely a poor or weak TV signal in your area. This aerial is more than capable and as long as it can pick up a decent signal it will work very well.

Worst Aerial ever purchased
Probably the worst aerial I have ever purchased, I had better luck finding channels using a coat hanger than this thing. Save your time trying to return this item, just don't bother buying it. I tried using it flat and on stand, against a window, on top of a cupboard and outside, not a single channel found.I live in a semidetached property. I was trying to use in my upstairs bedroom which is located right under a window with no external obstructions.

Constant Pixelation issues
Flimsy, quite large, looks like old record, but unfortunately it loses signal between channels and you just get pixel blocks and a lot of annoying noise. Can live with an aerial you have to move when you change channels, and we are only 5 miles from the local transmitter.

Fantastic and great value!
Fantastic little aerial! I bought this for my bedroom and even though the aerial is nowhere near a window (and is actually tucked away behind the TV), I have all freeview channels and have had no problem with signal. It's larger than I was expecting (about the size of a dinner plate) but it is paper thin! would definitely recommend.
