Great for your joints,skin etc especially when you are reach a certain age.. must be used daily to see results but it’s too pricey regardless of where you buy it.

I use this every day. The spoon is often hidden in the powder so you have to search for it when you first open the pack. I put two spoons of it in my porridge every morning and also have folic acid which I was taking when pregnant. My hair is really thick and often get compliments. It's tasteless and this is really important for most people as it can be off putting from cheaper brands. Expensive but worth every penny if you are consistent with it.

This product has been nothing but a blessing to me and my family. As early as the third day of taking only a tea spoon in the morning I started to see noticeable results on my skin (smoother and younger looking). After 2 weeks, I noticed that my body was getting slander and firmer. I believe it is also due to the combination of my daily green tea and lemon water /cucumber intake.My Mom and sister started commenting on my skin after 2 to 3 weeks. I also saw the same results on my husband, he now looks 4 years younger. After a few months now, my hair is fuller and I get compliments about it all the time.

Have only been taking this for a couple of weeks or so, so difficult to rate in terms of joint relief or skin/hair improvement as it's probably too soon to tell. However, I can say that the delivery was fast, the packaging good - not excessive, the product itself dissolves quickly and is relatively tasteless; therefore easy to take. As this is the first collagen supplement I have ever used I have nothing else to compare it with, but would purchase again just on the points I've already mentioned.

It's a lifesaver for me really, been buying this on and off for 4 years, had accident at 15 years old and damaged cartilage in my right knee. It can get quite sore twice a year at least, sometimes it feels like bone rubbing on bone, and even driving a car is difficult, or simple walk with dogs. Anytime this happens I buy one tub of collagen and by the time I'm half way through it, pain goes away. Recommended to family members, all of them felt better after taking it for couple of weeks.

I've only been using it for 4 days so it's too soon to see if the health claims prove to be true. That said, it certainly is flavourless and dissolves well with a stir. I've been adding 2 tablespoons to my protein shake after exercising. Its an extra protein boost if nothing else, although I hope long-term it will improve my joint and skin health.

Bought this for my sister, whose knee always clicks and then bought some for my mum who is recovering from knee surgery. Not a miracle cure but def helps! Noticeable difference for them when they're not using it. Especially my mum who is in her 60's and drinks this every day now! My sister is 40 and she is also addicted!
