Worked first time out of the box. Easily put together, even my 10 and 8 year old kids had no problems operating these. Range is excellent. Would definitely buy from this trader again.

Sounds a bit Naf...but the wife ordered these because she was fed-up with walking down the garden to my workshop to speak to me. I have to admit they work great...not sure about the distance they operate as my workshop is only a 100 yds away. One little niggle, one of the small screws that connect the belt-clip bracket has worked itself loose and fell out (I was sure I screwed it in tight enough)...anyway no problem with my 5 star rating.

We bought these last minute to take on holiday with us so we could keep in touch with our son as he wandered around the hotel grounds. They completely exceeded my expectations. Audio quality is excellent, range was never a problem (even through several buildings) but admittedly we didn't test it to its limits.I charged them up before we went away and didn't have to charge them again, they weren't used excessively but nevertheless i am happy with the battery life.All in all an absolute bargain and well worth the price!

Excellent walkie talkie radios. They have a good range on them, I have used them when out walking and managed to get half a mile from "base" with lots of buildings in between "base" and myself before the signal broke up.The battery charge lasts around 2 days and they can be recharged fully within around 1.5 hours of being placed onto the charging station.The sound is (usually) crystal clear and they look like professional radios that you would see security guards using in shops/office buildings - the only difference being that they are a little bit smaller in size.

Compact,lightweight, and neat. Complete with handy earpiece and built in microphone. But range is very disappointing! I've tried these at home in the uk and on holiday in the U.S. In various terrain. Range is roughly a quarter of a mile. They weren't expensive and are handy, so I can't complain. I bought these on the internet, and obviously couldn't test them. I'm currently searching for a set with better coverage, and this time I will buy from a shop only if I can try them first. Checking on various forums, my expectations of around three to five miles seems to have been a bit optimistic. But for the price for very close use, they're ok.

Bought these so can keep in touch with home while walking the dogs and also when in convoy on the road and so for working well from inside of house to area where I walk the dogs up to 2 miles as crow flies no problems.Some minor assembly required but easily done in 5 mins. Only problem with these radios you have to reprogram the frequencies as not on 466 pmr but we're on 462mhz to 469mhz so had to purchase the baofeng usb connector cable ,download chirp(free program) then reprogram all four radios, now working fine within the free licence frequencies but make sure you change to low power setting to be legal.

These are great, great price and our boys love them, batteries last for a goodnights time, range so far has been great although over no great distance as yet. The features are great but it is still easy enough for our younger boys.The only downside is the need for a charger plug to connect the supplied usb charge leads to which is not included. Overall very impressed

Ordered late Friday - arrived Saturday - in use on site Monday and still in use. These appear to be good quality units, worked straight out of the box. I've been using them on a large water treatment plant over a fair distance and between several floors with masses of pipes and machinery in the way and they work perfectly with no noticeable interference or loss of signal. The battery life appears to be very good and the USB powered base units mean I can charge the batteries from my cars' 12v accessory outlets which is really convenient.
