I was flipping through working on Vanco dosing and found that pages 83 and 84 were missing. It’s the summary of monobactams and into to glycopeptides that the pages just aren’t there. Nothing has been ripped out, this is the first time I’ve used it…

Would have been nice to see pages and how they are set up prior to buying! This book doesn’t flow

Pretty comprehensive view of antibiotics. Not the perfect reference book for Abx but more of the sparknotes.
