Spigen Tough Armor Case Compatible with Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge - Black

The plastic clip broke after 8 months of very careful use. The Amazon link to report the damaged component did not work. Contacted Spigen directly. Was redirected to Amazon. By the time a representative reviewed the request for support it was well past the 12 month limit. Result - a plastic component broke, now I am expected to purchase a brand new cover. I will replace the damaged cover - I will NOT buy it from Spigen and I will not buy it on the Amazon marketplace. The customer service representative was unhelpful and inflexibe - a very disappointing reflection on how casually the company treats dissatisfied customers. Would very likely keep away from Amazon when it comes to expensive phone and inexpensive phone accessory purchases - all because of a £15 cover and a poorly manufactured plastic clip. Poor quality product from Spigen and a very poor quality customer service experience with Amazon UK!

I've always had Spigen cases for my phones, as I am constantly dropping them! I bought this one and have only been using it for a week, but so far it's serving me well. It came in perfect condition (other reviews mention it being broken or snapping quickly), I have dropped my phone at least once a day and it hasn't got a scratch on it, all while keeping my phone protected. The kickstand is strong and sturdy when in use, if you try to pull the kickstand out without a phone in the case the kickstand will come off - the phone needs to be in the case for it to work.Very happy with my purchase as I always am with Spigen products and of course will definitely buy again.

Its my second soigen tough armour... first one for Iphone 7+... then for Samsung S7 Edge... totally reliable... would trust more this armour than any expensive screen protector - tested hard way - my phone fell off 3m straight down, screen flat down... got ready to call service provider for insurance claim... and tada - screen not even scratched :) Would recommend :)

This product offers brilliant protection without adding much bulk to the phone itself. The sides and corners are a rubberised material, offering very good protection from drops and bashes. I have dropped the phone from wait height on a number of occasions and it has suffered not one mark. The bottom edges are lipped and protrude so if dropped face down, the screen is protected.The back of the case is a shiny hardened plastic but with the rubberised sides, the phone is easy to hold and less slippery. The flip stand on the back is a great feature. Offering two viewing angles, i have used this on numerous occasions from train journeys to watching easy viewing whilst cooking dinner. It really comes in to its own when allowing the children to watch the odd cartoon without having them handle the phone.The icing on the cake is that a screen protector can be fitted and the case does not impede it/stop it from adhering.I purchased the product at £17.99 and have been using it for around 2 months. I cannot recommend it enough. An essential purchase.

great product, feels tough and secures the phone nicely - although maybe a little too nicely. It holds the screen cover I am using down so tight it has made the screen extremely unresponsive - have had to remove screen cover and now I am nervous it it falls face down the screen might crack. Will try it with a cover that doesn't wrap the whole way around the edges. Would be 5* were it not for this slight issue.

Really good fit on the phone and around switches and connections. Nice texture and feel - non slip - making it easy to hold phone. Great kick stand - really practical and useful. Phone looks good and protected.

This is my second Spigen case after my first one cracked after nearly a year of drops and bumps. Another fantastically built case, hard rubber surround with a tough plastic back. (with built in kick stand) Cover is raised slightly at the front to protect the screen from face down drops which is very clever!Only issue is the cut out at the bottom for the charger is very hard and it feels almost sharply cut out holes so when my pinky rests underneath whilst holding the phone it can actually hurt slightly, but nothing to really be annoyed about. Overall very happy!

Had this case for a couple months, I've dropped my phone numerous times and not a scratch in comparison to my old S7 which cracked almost instantly on first drop.Would recommend, will save your phone while looking good and worth the small investment.Only downfloor is the unindented buttons make it annoying to push power button/volume rockers since they don't depress much, but overall not really an issue
