great sub woofers when hooked up right*****
Have two of these sub woofers fitted in parallel sequence in a 16" square cube box enclosure, with twin vented ports both woofers on opposite sides of my box similar to a active / passive set up. but in my case both subs are active, hooked up to a 6:channel 10:000 watt auna amp, bridging channels 5 & 6 on my amp gives me 3200 watts raw power on tap to run subs with ease. once i did some amp calibration with gain controls & cross overs the subs hit hard & rapid with know subwoofer death in site amazing bass reproduction without distortion people. these subs look good even when not in use too. **********

Allso had these and other Pyle equipment and would never buy Pyle again if these are what they are turning out as there latest speakers they can keep them would not have them new for free stay away from these or lose out

Meltdown
Bought one of these a year ago. Nice, warm bass but not in the same league as my JL Audio 12" sub. Reason for writing this review is the voice coil on mine went bang a few days ago, and this is my first speaker failure ever (I'm 45). I used to have an old purple coned sub from Pyle (New Wave) back in the 90s which lasted for ages so perhaps the build quality on the latest subs isn't quite the same.
