Spigen Tough Armor Case Compatible with Samsung Galaxy S8 - Gunmetal

Having now bought 2 of Spigen's cases, first for S6 Edge and latest S8, with the latter, I dropped the S8 within 24 hrs of getting the damn thing, fortunately the case was on and no damage. The S6 has suffered at least half a dozen drops to ground prior to this and the case has saved it every time...no cracks, splits or stuffs to the phone and only minor abrasions to the case itself which I can only assume is due to the materials used.The stand on the rear could easily be initially thought of as flimsy, however, after constant use it has proved to be a very robust and indeed useful addition.All in all, without prejudice or bias, I will certainly buy Spigen case again for any new phone. If you value your phone then the few quid they cost is certainly worth it.

A good looking and sturdy phone case that fits the S8 perfectly. The gunmetal colour is nice too. Good strong sturdy case dropped my phone many a time no damage to phone or case. Only problem I had was the tempered glass screen protector because of the design of the case when I put it on it pushed the corner of screen protector and made it peel.. think maybe a bonus if they designed a tempered glass screen protector that came with case that would fit perfectly and eliminate this happening? Id gladly pay a little extra for this if so...Just a thought.....but anyway the case has to be one of the best I've had for protection and that's what it's there to do. 5 star

QUIVK POINTS:Good impact protection from 4ft. Good build quality. Back of case is slightly slippery.IN DEPTH:I've now had this phone case for 3 weeks and have to say it's as good as other Spigen cases I've owned in the past.The build quality is good and sturdy. Nice combination of the firm but softer inner part and the hard but flexible (to a degree) outer shell.Some people have complained about the edges on the case but these aren't too sharp or harsh and I find they help with grip.This leads to why I have only given 4 stars. Although smart and protective, the secondary part of the case (the part that goes on second, the outer part) is slippery. Not oily slippery, but enough that I've ended up juggling my phone a couple of times because I grabbed it quickly and wasn't paying attention. Would be a bonus if Spigen added some thin, slight, rubberized strips or raised dimples to aid grip.Spigen I'll only take a minimal sales percentage for that improvement ;-)Impact protection is good. I recently dropped it onto a tarmac pathway from a height of approximately 4 feet and apart from 2 small scratches on front corners there was no damage and phone working perfectly.All round a good phone case for a good price. I'd certainly recommend it to friends, but just pay attention when picking up your phone with regards that slightly slippy backing.

Seriously nice Case!Fits the phone perfectly and the top lip gives added protection to the screen if face down on a surface somewhere. Also the added weight makes it feel less vulnerable, if that makes sense. Had the same case for my S6 and this was my first choice for the S8... not disappointed!!.. Would definitely recommend to anyone that hates the flip case!

Had one of these cases on my HTC and loved it, purchased for my Samsung S8, fits perfect, it DOESN'T interfere with the screen edge which I was worried about, great case already acxidently dropped on the drive and not a scratch to the case or the phone, very happy indeed, plus best looking case with a stand, added bonus, does make the phone a little bigger in size so a bit trickier to hold with one hand but brilliant case. Very happy.

I like the case, it holds the phone well. It has a robust feel to it, but still looks stylish. The kickstand could be better, it's a little flimsy. I've dropped the phone a few times already. Phone still ok, no marks, but it did smash the tempered glass protector which saved the glass on the phone! Recommend getting gone of those.

Really good case, very impressed with the sensitivity for the buttons as well. There's a decent size gap between a surface and the screen when the phone is face dow. Very happy. There is one point to note though, as I read in another review, I can agree that the phone is a little slippery in the hand due to the smoothness of the outer case. It's a very minor point though. Overall very happy with the quality and durability without bulkyness.

Slick(slim), sturdy and stylish. x3 S needed for my phone. it will survive middle school rektage.easy to install, good grip and great 👍 protection.

The product is very nice. Will write review again after few months about the durability of the product. This tough armor case is quality wise very good. Feeling happy to use it. Amazon always brings smile on my face. Never disappointed me.
