i have had awful trouble with my lower denture especially, its very thin and all denture fix cream oozes out as they are such a bad fit now i cant eat very much without getting severe indigestion,i have tried several denture reliner kits and they dont stick very long if at all as my bottom denture has had to be filed down so much there isnt much left to stick to,i tried this permasoft today and was amazed how well it has stuck to my bottom denture especially, yes the taste isnt very nice but thats a small price to pay to be able to eat normally,it was well packaged and very easy to use,a lot quicker to do than the long drawn out reliners iv tried,i have just ordered some more packs in bulk im so pleased with it.

It worked as well as expected
I bought this to use on my partial top denture and it was mainly to fill in the healing gap.The smell and taste is difficult to get used to and is very unpleasant while they are forming in your mouth as you can't escape it, it never fully goes away. It's a chemical/minty smell and taste that is difficult to describe and even more difficult to forget. The product is very easy to use and you do get 2 goes at it with this packageIt goes from workable and spreadable to set quicker than expected so best to not take your timeAs a workaround and a 'make do' till a visit to the dentist this is perfect and would recommend itbut not as any long term solution

best denture liner I`ve found!
excellent product, easy to apply, provides an excellent fit, no problem trimming overflow at the edges, the only thing preventing a five star rating is the slight chemical taste that persists for a while. in this respect, however, it was better than a similar product that I was using. I will be repeating the order when required.

Great product
Has a rather unpleasant taste when you first use it but it disappears in a couple of days. Great value for money because these liners last a long, long time. Bit tricky applying the paste but worth the trouble. Great product.

Definitely Not Recommended
I purchased this about a week ago, and optimistically applied it to a problem lower denture. Had no problem mixing and applying the resulting paste, except the awful smell that some other reviewers commented on. Followed the instructions for fitting and forming to shape, again no problem apart from the overpowering taste and odour. It tingled, but attributed this to the ongoing chemical reaction while it set.I wore the denture for the rest of the day, and the fit had indeed improved somewhat, but the taste and smell bothered me. I thought of the review left by another customer who's dentist had reputedly told him that the stuff was poisoning him. But I decided to persist, after all there were good reviews too.I left the denture in soak overnight in the bedroom, but the odour even pervaded the bedroom. It was still as strong the next day. The lining by now had set very hard, and I needed to trim off some excess lining which had now become irritating now it had hardened. I did this with a scalpel blade with some difficulty as the lining was now the consistency of hard plastic.Having tidied up the denture I put it in again, but it was not as comfortable as the previous day, the lining being harder, but worst of all, the odour and taste were still very strong, and the tingling after a while felt more like a burning sensation. I left the denture out for another day, thinking that the odour/taste would subside, but it didn't - the minty/chemical odour permeated the whole room. I placed the denture in a solution of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) for a couple of more days but no improvement. In desperation I soaked the denture again this morning in warm water with baking soda and left it for a few hours. The smell was still there even with the denture submerged. I thought that perhaps if I wore the denture again, that the smell/taste would subside given the enzymes present in my mouth, plus I might get accustomed to it, as some other customers stated they had. No such luck, after only a short time my gums were experiencing the uncomfortable stinging sensation, and when I started eating an orange, even that sharp flavour was overpowered by the awful taste of the liner. At this point I decided this lining was definitely not for me. Soaking the denture in nearly boiling water (as recommended in the instructions for removal), I spent over an hour painstakingly peeling off the liner. It came off very grudgingly, and in small pieces. I spent further considerable time trying to scrape off the remnants with various instruments without damaging the denture. Very tedious. Even after all traces seem to have been removed from the denture, that familiar odour still persists - thankfully not as strong.I contacted the vendor explaining my experience and they replied (very quickly) that they had had no other complaints, and suggested that I contact the manufacturer. (Not what I wanted to hear!) (Don't they read feedback on Amazon?, or did these other people purchase from another supplier?) I don't know or care, but I certainly won't be purchasing anything from my particular vendor. And I wouldn't recommend Permasoft Denture Lining either.Update: To the vendor's credit, they did reply again offering me a full refund or a replacement packet. I have gratefully accepted a refund.I tried to contact the manufacturer, Permasoft, using the comment form on their website, but received some unknown errors:"Server Error in '/' Application.Cannot get IIS pickup directory."I won't waste any more time with them.

The best so far.
I have tried several of these type of items. Most are very hard material, peel around the edges and can be painful on the gum. They have to be soaked in this, that, and the other and are quite messy. This is by far the best yet. It's very easy to mix and spread, and leaves a far softer feeling lining. The only drawback is, it leaves a not very pleasant taste for about 24 hours. (Rather like petrol)I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent product
This is the best fixing for loose dentures, I have used many denture fixatives over the years, with limited success, but Permasoft is the best by far, it lasts around three months, and has like a soft cushioning effect on your gums making it very comfortable to wear your dentures

This is a very good liner for my dentures
It's a shame that I have to order products overseas to get something decent. This is a very good liner for my dentures. The products they sell in the U.S. are made to low standards. That's done on purpose so that you need to keep buying them. They stopped making Cushion Grip (it worked too good maybe). Anyway, this product suits my need. I highly recommend it.
